I came to this store to eat I chose my food in the screen and I choose to pay in the register and the people here they’re just talking for about 30 minutes just to pay when there was nobody else waiting to pay then I had to wait 30 more minutes for my food they choose to serve the food of the person that it was after me I thing that racism I had to way for just one food and hour when the person after me didn’t had to wait at all

For a busy fast food venue, this location was pretty clean, including the bathrooms. Good amount of parking, so space to get off Bloomingdale Avenue.Food is the standard Taco Bell menu, so you be the judge.Location is very convenient and service was good.

Went through the drive through. Food was very good. Service was about average which we all know is not saying much.
As a starter perhaps consider using real food rather than the laboratory concoctions that are a poor imitation of real food.

If I could leave Zero stars, I would. The GM that was working Monday around 11:00 am. was absolutely unprofessional. She greeted me at the window while complaining about working drive threw with any employee. Then my order with tacos and quesdailla was missing the quesdailla. Called and had to go back to be refunded. She was so very rude, and when I called her out on it, she replied, " Get the hell out of my window." I will never go back to thos Taco Bell and honestly not to any taco bell... much better tacos at other places that have professional employees.Also, I reached out to Tavo Bell customer service, and they acted as if they didn't care!
