I normally have no issues with my smoothie when I do order but for some reason today they gave me someone else's smoothie. Normally an island green is green. Clearly not my smoothie. Even when I add extra protein, kiwi and strawberries it's still green. Very disappointed ?

l went to the Tropical Smoothie by GameStop on Causeway. The manager was nice enough but the new big guy on the line seemed bothered to make my Birthday smoothie. His attitude was poor and didn't even wish me a Happy Birthday or even say have a nice day! This is not how l do customer service.

Wondered around looking for something healthy and settled from them since I am Danial’s with the brand. Wanted to try something new and refreshing. So I got this oatmeal açaí bowl and I actually enjoyed it. I just wish it was bigger lol. It wasn’t too heavy, it was tasteful, and it blended just well. I rewarded myself with a snickerdoodle cookie also. Amazing. I did take some time to make though but it was worth it. Would recommend

Wondered around looking for something healthy and settled from them since I am Danial's with the brand. Wanted to try something new and refreshing. So I got this oatmeal açaí bowl and I actually enjoyed it. I just wish it was bigger lol. It wasn't too heavy, it was tasteful, and it blended just well. I rewarded myself with a snickerdoodle cookie also. Amazing. I did take some time to make though but it was worth it. Would recommend

Ordered through door dash received order after 1 hour and the smoothies were half full. Called to talk to a manager and staff asked "what do want" and then was told that there was no Manager there.

I went in last night at 820pm and on the app it shows they close at 9pm- the door was locked- the supervisor was looking at me and i pointed to my watch showing her that it’s not 9 yet. She came to the door and unlocked it and stated “oh i thought we closed at 8 today , my bad” how are you the supervisor and don’t know what time yall close- no yall was trying to shut down early. This really bothered me , especially me being a veteran and knowing this is a veteran owned business. I am a frequent customer and never had any other issue- may need to remind your “leader” yall hours of operations

The quality and consistency of tropical smoothie has really declined. My chicken pesto flatbread had like 4 pieces of chicken in it. The pesto was oozing out of the flat bread and all over the paper wrapping the flat bread. The smoothies are never made the same way anymore. No matter if you order from the same location. My visits to tropical smoothie are becoming less and less frequently. After today, possibly none existent.
Curbside pickup needs to be removed as an option if it’s not actually curbside. There is one faded sign on the SIDE of the building with a number to call… so I did and asked where I was supposed to go for curbside pick up and they told me I had to come in and get it. I know this sounds ridiculous but if I wanted to do in store pickup then I would’ve picked that option.Was also missing napkins and a straw for my smoothie

Very busy with customers. I see a lot of people waiting, but the staff is very few. The guy at the register is incredibly friendly and gave service with a smile. I'll def be coming back just because of him.

Do not go to this location at all! I ordered through door dash. They claimed they were short staffed. Didn't have my food made. Then proceeded to tell me they ran out of cups so they couldn't make my smoothie. Didn't have a manager on-site to give me back my free smoothie reward or refund. I called the customer service line and said they could only put in a request for a refund and my free smoothie back. Tropical smoothie really dropped the ball and I'm not happy.

I ordered blueberry, strawberry, and banana smoothieThe lady gave it to me but looks different than I used to have, and the girl there from curbside told me I can do another one for you, I told her ok and kept waiting no one comes to me, I called them again and other girl came outside and told me it's my fault I give it to another person thinking is you, so I told her is the other girl communicating with you and told you I am waiting outside, she said yes here is your smoothie and leave, she is very rude, I hope her manager knows that and take an action with there employee to not talking rude.

This is my favorite place to get smoothies. I've tried so many green smoothies but none taste as good as the Island Green. With spinach, kale, mango, pineapple, and banana, this smoothie is tasty and makes it easy to get in your fruits and veggies. The TSC off of Causeway is my Go-To location in the 33511 compared to the other two locations. All my orders there have been up to par :)
