I ordered a Acai Bowl online, got to the store at 5:25 to pick up the order that was scheduled for pickup at 5:30. After them looking for the order they decided to make it, then after searching for the ingredients, they realized they did not have any acai, so they couldn't make it. Then told me to go to a different Store. I didn't have time to drive to another store, so I told them to credit my account. They said I had to do that online. So when I tried it said I couldn't because it was past the order time. I have request a refund online 3 different times and no luck. I have now had to get my bank involved and dispute the transaction. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS

Waited 40 minutes for 1 smoothie with NOBODY in the the store besides me. I get that there are online orders too but COME ON now. This wasn't the first time either. It's ALWAYS a huge wait no matter how slow they are.

If you want your smoothie to taste like water, take 40 minutes to be made, and not have blueberries (or bliss) in your BLUEBERRY bliss, then this is the location for you. I’m convinced nobody runs this location and a bunch of dudes just clock in to work here and do even less than the bare minimum. Everyone there waiting deeply regretted their choices today. On the brightside, made some friends as we waited for what felt like eternity as we all mutually agreed to never come back here again.

We were at the shop at 7.10 PM and there were two guys. One in kitchen and one at counter. The guy at counter told we are closing at 8 pm so order soon. We were discussing the options so the guy at counter went inside. In 5 min we’re were ready to order then the guys at kitchen came to counter. It was 7.15 pm and still 45 min to close still he refused to take our order saying they are closing at 8 pm but he has to catch the bus at 8 pm so need to leave soon ! I mean then he shouldn’t be working at the evening shift and the shop shouldn’t have kept the Open sign on. We told him that the other guy didn’t tell us that you won’t take order but he still refused to take the order and we had to leave. This is totally unacceptable in America!!!

Worst customer service!!!! The one on West Brandon Blvd. Listen to the other reviews, they are 100% accurate. I waited 5 min to be helped, while the employees all looked at me but never even acknowledged me. It’s like this every time I come in here, they need new management and staff.

If I could give negative stars I would. We love TS but this location is absolutely disgusting and a month ago they didn’t have sugar. Fast forward to today they don’t have pineapple. The tables are in disarray and the ceiling vents have mold. So upset with this location. Never again.
