Ordered a pizza from this store and I didn't receive my delivery. I called them and I was told that my delivery was changed to door dash and all they could do is send me another pizza to compensate me by not having to pay for another one. I asked him was he serious and he said yes that's your compensation. That's the last time I will order from that store.

This is crazy to me. Today I ordered from the website and I have been waiting 2 hrs just to come to find out that they are closed due to wether. But on the app , website and even maps it says they are open. Now I'm stuck here with no way to contact them and no way to get my money back. They need to do a better job of letting customers know they are temporarily closed.

This location has always been on point for the years I've been ordering. It's too bad that people are always very quick to leave a terrible review, but for the most part, do not rush or bother at all to leave a positive review when all goes well.

After a year of not going there we decide to give another chance but honestly was a mistake pizza was tasteless lack of everything the wings where good but $8.00 for six wings well you this was my last visit. Thanks

If I could give this Pizza Hut -5 stars I would and not necessarily because of the food but the blatant disregard for at least decent service. My fiancé and I ordered two pizzas, mine was done correctly but unfortunately my fiancé received a large three topping pizza which a request for extra sauce to not only receive NO sauce on the pizza but an offer for a 5 dollar credit to be added to our Pizza Hut account. There was no offer to remake and deliver the pizza to us in which we had already paid for delivery, they instead put him on an abrupt hold and left him. He's since gone to the store to resolve this issue and I'm not sure what has ensued from that since I am writing this while he is gone. Shame on you Pizza Hut. We will be taking our business elsewhere.

I ordered a medium pepperoni pizza in advance for a second day pick up at 12:30pm. When I arrived at the store, there was a sign "stating to text with name of order and the type and color of car driving" and someone will be out with the order for contactless pickup. So I went back to my car and texted the information in. I waiting in my car for about 15-20 minutes after I texted the number per the sign in front of the store with no sign of anybody coming out for my contactless delivery. I went ahead and called the store but was advised nobody saw the message and someone will be out with my order shortly. I waited a total of about 20 minutes in my car for the advance order. If nobody is checking messages or doing the contactless pickup, please remove the sign in front of the store.

If you are looking for some type of bread bite, I can guarantee you won't find any better options than these right here. I used to be a huge fan of one of their competitor's, but they just can't compare to these. They are filled with cheese and deliciously coated--you can't go wrong! The service is amazing, smiles on everyone's faces, and they are super clean especially now during the times of COVID19. 10/10 would reccomend.

By far the worst Pizza Hut I’ve ever used. Besides taking over an hour and a half to deliver the pizza.... we Had the wrong order delivered twice in a row, when I called to speak to the manager, they were rude and hung up on me saying they were short staffed and busy and people make mistakes ... I get making mistakes but TWICE in the SAME order. Ridiculous!!! Months go by and I haven’t ordered pizza but figured I would try again with the same Pizza Hut ...::.Tonight was my final order from Pizza Hut ever. I had food delivered and the driver said they couldn’t give me change because they didn’t have enough cash customers... I gave him a $5 tip on a $26 pizza order. I call in to this Pizza Hut to pay and instead of charging me my correct total of $26 like they said on the phone... I’m charged $33 instead. I got a text from my credit card company of the $33 charge. Upset I call this Pizza Hut and they say they never charged me. I explained I was told the bill was $26... I gave my number and then was notified by my CC company of the extra charge. The employee said they didn’t charge me and there’s nothing they could do because it doesn’t say I was charged. NEVER AGAIN. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER
Very poor service. Called to order a pizza, and the first thing I hear is "are you sure you want to wait 55 minutes". I tell them yes and he begins to reluctantly collect my numbers. And then disconnects me when I have to find hotel address. I don't know how the pizza is. I ordered elsewhere. Not a surprise move

I ordered a pizza for your regular Football Sunday meal and when it arrived my pizza looked like this. Did they throw left over pizza together or do the drivers hit every curb??

This is My first time to Pizza Hut in many years my previous experiences have not been so good because the pizza doe was not fully cooked many of times I stopped going. I'm excited to taste my pizza! I came to this specific location based on reviews I decided to give Pizza Hut another try. After one slice it was really delicious. The Pizza Hut employee recommended the garlic butter crust it had a lot of flavor. I had a great experience. Totally more than I expected.

Ordered the Tuscany Tuesday deal that included pasta for 2 and 5 breadsticks. It was ready within 2 minutes of the estimated time and was hot/fresh. And you cannot beat the $6 price. The staff was also attentive and friendly when I arrived to get my order to go.
