I was not impressed with this place, as it seemed to be unclean in the seating area. Almost everywhere you walk, your shoes will stick to the floor, apparently due to uncleaned spills on the floor.

The girls at the window are very sweet but I tell you what! it takes so long to get any kind of food there,It's ridiculous. All I got was fried clams. They're frozen. Drop them in the fryer and we're good. It was as if they had to go out and catch them. The outside of the restaurant is disgusting. It needs to be painted and cleaned.You can't read the sign that has the menu because the whole front of it is clouded . It's really bad somebody needs to go in there and help them Don't they have anybody from a&w or Long? John silver's inspecting them? I don't know food still good though, but I don't know what's crawling around in the restaurant but I won't look but they need to serve quicker

We went to A&W tonight and haven't been there in a few years we had double crunch burgers, frys and onion rings we waited a little bit for service and food but everything was great the staff was busy but did a great job. We will be back

Who is the idiot in charge here? Springhill, FL. LJS/ A&W combo. Sunday noon 1/162023. Tight drive thru...wonderful cigarette littered landscaping prominently featuring the Rid-a -Rodent trap. This should of been the first clue. Miss personality in the speaker is difficult to understand... yes, a fish sandwich. Coke...to which I am scolded like a school boy... we have Pepsi only. Ok whatever.... As I drive off down 19, this is my fish sandwich? Charcoal black crispy burnt bun...like what fool made this and didn't see the bun was beyond burnt? They saw it... they just didn't care. $7. - $8 medium Pepsi for lunch. Go back? Sure 8 lane highway 19...pissed I don't have time... who does this? Blatant rip off by employee who obviously has no care or concern. No manager here with enough brains to hide the rid a rodent from every drive thru customer. Never again. 1 star is generous. Nasty store.
Jackson was a great guy. Made me and the buddies experience here very memorable. Outgoing, honest and humble guy. The food was also delish!

The food was okay but really I feel like the employees were dishonest. We bought an eight piece meal , Rather than letting us know that they only had six pieces they gave us six pieces and a whole box full of crumbles. That's not an eight piece meal so I feel that they're not trusting and their dishonest

The people were nice . However I waited in the drive through for 15 minutes . There were two cars in front of me . When it was my turn the person that waited on me asked if I ordered chicken . I had ordered 1 chilidog no onions or cheese . When I told her she closed the window and talked to another worker . While I waited she waited on someone at the counter . She kept touching her hair and then the money then the packaging . Not sanitary to me . When I got my chilidog it had onions on it and the chili tasted like it was a few days old . I probably won't return . And I grew up eating A&W
