3.8 Stars, First time here and I was not seeing the hype that others were raving about. Perhaps it was an off day or wrong time to place an order but we were not impressed. I get it, it's a food truck and things are kept in warmers which dry food out. I ordered the 3 meat plate, ribs, brisket and pulled pork. You can see the picks I posted, ribs were good flavor, they were slightly dry and stringy, the pulled pork did not have flavor, and also was slightly dry. The brisket was way overcooked and very dry, it crumbled in my mouth, not was not juicy. The sides were delicious, coleslaw, baked beans and mac and cheese. From the start LaurieCue’s staff was incredibly helpful and patient. I had a lot of questions & they were happy to accommodate my requests! I’m very grateful that they were so kind & understanding. The White Chick w/ Soul was phenomenal. I asked if I could order it with only white meat & they were able to do so. It comes topped with Mac & cheese & collard greens… divine. Would love to try it with a sourdough bun! The ballsy bbq sauce has a nice little heat to it with great flavor. The brisket was so tender & flavorful, the pulled pork was seasoned well, and the cornbread was moist & delicious. I love when cornbread isn’t very sweet so it was perfect! We also got the pork n beans & they were also very good! Slightly sweet, shreds of pork, some sort of pepper, seasoned to perfection. Everything was 10/10 across the board. Good amount of food for the price too! It’s a cute little food truck I really enjoyed the experience.

Absolutely they serve Vietnamese foods and Korean foodsI can't wait to go back again. I have gotten take out and it was delicious. Tu think the food they seve is quite abit. Pho soup takes me 3-4 different meals. That's me. Someone Else may eat the whole thing in one setting.

We've stopped here a handful of times and every time we do it is delicious! The chicken was so tender and tasty. The brisket sliced thick and juicy. The hottie & milky barbecue sauces are excellent! The coleslaw and beans were also equally yummy. They have a few tables behind the food truck if you want to hurry up & dig in right there! It is a shady area under the trees. Service is always quick & friendly. It is a gem!

Hands down the best brisket and barbecue in the area . The sauces are flawless, and the seasoning perfect. This little hotspot has been my family's favorite spot in brookesville since when they were out by glory days. Every bit of 10 out of 10, I would recommend staying away only if you don't want your mind blown away with amazing barbecue.

We were craving BBQ and hit up Google to see what we could find and stubled upon this absolute GEM! It was about an hour to close so Unfortunately we couldn't try everything but we will definitely be back to do so! The gentleman working was super friendly and served us up some pretty heaping portions within a few minutes. My husband and I both tried the pulled pork and brisket with Mac and cheese. Hubby also got a side of beans which he said were very good. The Mac and cheese was TO DIE FOR! their menu states it's a 6 cheese recipe and it is definitely over the top delicious. The pulled pork had amazing flavor all by it's self but I did try the sweet sauce as well, wasn't for me personally, but was certainly original and tasty. The brisket had phenomenal flavor with an excellent crust and that melt in your mouth bit of fat you expect in a good brisket. Topped off with a nice moist slice of cornbread. Cannot wait to go back and hopefully try the Cole slaw next time. Definitely an awesome little stop for some great BBQ!
