Absolutely horrible I ordered a classic chicken sandwich with no mayonnaise and tomato. Take it home to find what I did not want on it. Especially when you have an allergy to what you asked not be on the sandwich.

Food was cold at drive thru. Whopper combo meal. Came in and requested it be remade. I Was courteous and respectful. I was met with immediate resistance and challenges that what I was saying wasn't true. 3 employees talking to me while other customers were present. I calmly asked for refund instead. It took several minutes and repeated questioning for me to get my money back. I'm not paying $12 for a whopper meal and it's cold garbage . At least make it hot garbage. You've flamed out burger King. Hope all fast food chains collapse. Just garbage.

The burgers were so cold, the cheese didn't melt. The buns were refrigerator cold. The kids apple juice was sour there was no toy. Worst fast food I've ever had the pleasure to throw away. PS, the fries were delicious.

BK is BK, but it's the staff that makes it a good or bad experience. I literally believe several staff members are on the spectrum. I waited over ten minutes when they weren't that busy for a number one breakfast meal. I asked for no options, straight number one. The guy behind me waited even longer. I finished eating and left before he got a ham croissant. He was laughing out loud at the ignorance.

I was actually really excited to get an impossible whopper. I hadn't had one in years. I'm so disappointed. The burger resembled jerky. No moisture what so ever. Hard to chew. I can't believe they served this to me. Also, I almost drove away because they looked closed. No lights. Sketchy. I wish I had driven away.

Today’s service at Burger King location 13049 Cortez Blvd. Brooksville, FL 34613 has been a horrible yet A matter that will be looked at closer as far as shameful towards this industry’s leadership, principles, values, and what the restaurant upholds is very pathetic experience. The unprofessional employee which was a young Caucasian female with a earring in her nose, got the order wrong and yet as a customer who was being charged the wrong price and per menu reading on the drive-through board was wrong, after I, the customer repeated my order. The unprofessional, disturbing, horrified, disrespectful, shameful person who wore this uniform blame the negligence on the maintenance team at this particular Burger King

Let me start by saying that I have worked in the food industry previously. Specifically as a manager at my local BK in my past.My first disappointment came when we were told that we could not be given a copy of our receipt because the machine was down and there was no way for it to be printed on any other machine. Instead of being offered an apology I was told and I quote "I'm not a mechanic. I can't make it print receipts" from the on duty manager.Secondly, four of the five items we ordered came prepared incorrectly and had to be returned to the counter. Instead of an apology the on call manager began openly arguing with her staff about whose mistake it was and how they had (the food preparation staff) made multiple mistakes.The location was extremely dirty with the men's toilet in desperate need of cleaning and half the staff working had no name tags visible.
