These cookies are giant and let me just say that if you're looking for moist delicious dessert look no further, than Crumbl Cookies. I would consider them a bit pricy so be prepared to spend some cash. However, there are some times that money is well spent. This establishment has an eclectic collection of ever-changing cookie flavors that you'll never get bored of. If you haven't tried them then put it on your to-do-list today.

My daughter ordered 4 of the Oreo cookies for us tonight. Very disappointing. She took a bite and said these doesn’t taste or look right. My husband and I said the same thing. None of them were cooked properly. Still very doughy and raw. Every cookie was like that. Big waste of money. Unfortunately they were closed or I would have brought them back in asked for her money back.

We didn’t even order anything. The menu online showed an amazing assortment to choose from. Once in the store, there were only five different cookies to choose from. My expectations were much higher.

Bought cookies at 8pm on 2/14/2024. Took one bite of the chocolate covered strawberry cookie in the parking lot and it was extremely sour. Immediately took back into the store and a light haired young lady at the counteragreed with me stating that her and some of the employees thought the same thing and they had determined it was the icing that was so sour. I stated that any cookie sold for Valentine's should be sweet, especially one titled "chocolate covered strawberry ". I asked if I could get a different cookie because to me it was inedible. I have had many Crumbl cookies from multiple locations, but never one that was so sour that I couldn't eat it. The young lady said she would ask the manager. She came back to the counter and said that the manager, a dark haired young lady, said I would have to pay for another cookie.I will not be going back to this location again, not over $5 but because of poor management. The entire time of this occurance the young manager was standing 10 feet from us and despite hearing and seeing the issue never once walked up to help me or the other associate. No servant leadership or any leadership for that matter. While this conversation occurred a customer was told that there was no restroom despite that we all could see a commercial sign on the wall stating Mens/Women's Restroom and a door dash order was lost due to an error.

I have had crumbl cookies at another location and decided that, although the flavor is amazing, selection is excellent, but, the cookies were slightly undercooked. I vowed to not eat them. Then, I moved. I decided to try Crumbl in Brooksville. Same!!! We bought 4 cookies. All slightly under baked!! This sadly must be the Crumbl way. The cookies are almost wet which is NOT the same thing as a moist cookie. Disappointing.

I’ve been wanting to try there cookies . Unfortunately I wasn’t blown away like everyone says they were. Yes they are big cookies yes they are pricey . The Oreo looks delicious but it looks better than it tastes . The chocolate chip was the best in our box ! Hopefully next time will be better !

The best bunch of wastes of breaths you'll ever find. They leave children to run the place and some stoner nimrod up front doing his best Keanu Reeves impression. Unfortunately it's not the cool John Wick one. Double charged me and couldn't refund anything. What a way to lose business.

Be so for real, these cookies do cost a pretty penny and if you don't have one then don't. Be sure to research what you are purchasing before entering. To me, it's worth it.

A nosy employee called the cops on my brother and his 3 kids for sitting outside their parking lot while I was in a work interview nextdoor to them. Ridiculous. These small petty things can ruin someone's life. Sorry I didn't buy one of your cookies.
