I went to this location to get to subs, worst service and sandwich ever. I was waiting to place my order behind an elderly gentleman. The girl making sandwiches was talking to the man while he was trying to place his order. Talking over him, very rude.Then while he was paying and I was still waiting to place my order, the girl making subs yelled over the gentleman and the cashier to me, do you you want lettuce and tomato. I said to her, "how about you wait until I place my order." I asked what kind of bread they had the cashier said french (hard as a rock) and wheat. I said I wanted a turkey on wheat, think it was a sub roll, no it was bread. I stated I wanted mayo on the bread before anything else, that's when I noticed it was bread not a sub roll. I said not bread. Made sandwich and I requested extra turkey, the amount was of meat was shameful. Ordered second sandwich she started with mayo before I could say nothing on the roll. She started over, finished sandwiches, the cashier stood there waiting until she was done, before taking my money. Also before she started making my sandwiches, she came to the register with her gloves on and pushed keys, then proceeded to do my sandwiches with out changing her gloves. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! I will never return to this establishment.

I ordered the beach club sandwich. When I took a bite, the turkey tasted off, so I opened the sandwich to look and it was slimy and looked raw and smelled funky. I took it back to the store for a refund because I am not going to eat raw or spoiled turkey. They refused to give a refund because the sandwich was what I ordered, regardless of the fact that the turkey raw/spoiled.

Everything about Jimmy John's motto, "Subs so fast you'll freak!" is absolutely true! This location faces Rt.50 and gets lots of traffic but it's never a long wait. Today I got one of their Summer wraps before summer is gone. There are 3:Jalapeño Ranch Chicken, Thai Chicken and Chicken Caesar. I had the Thai chicken on a lettuce wrap instea of the flour tortilla. Yeah. TRYING to be good, but I made it a meal and am devouring their BBQ chips as I write this. Darn it! They're so good, too! Smoky bbq is the best!The girls behind the counter are all super friendly and are cleaning very diligently but still laughing and enjoying each others company. That's so nice because it shows that they enjoy their job, too! I've never been to a dirty JJ, and I've been to ones on university campuses that you would assume would be...yikes...like so many other places, but every single one is super clean. I guess that's why I go - the servers is great, I could read their signs all day (they're hilarious and thoughtful!), it's super clean and the food can always be counted on to be fresh and yummy!!

As frequent customers, we stopped for dinner. The girl at the counter acted like we were an inconvenience. When we 1st went in, no one was behind the counter. A smile, a hello, or any acknowledgment would have been nice. There are many choices in the area, and we will be taking a break from here for a while. Oh, by the way, the sandwiches were great as usual.
I had a terrible experience today here . I had never eaten at jimmy John’s before and I only stopped there because I was starving . I ordered a Thai chicken wrap and they charged me an arm and a leg for it at $10.. I asked for water and they handed me a cup and pointed to the drink machine . I found the water spigot and pressed it in holding my cup underneath but lemonade came out instead of water . Then one of the workers in a rude accusatory manner said to me “ you’re pouring lemonade and not water and so you’re going to have to pay .” I was shocked because I’ve never been stopped by the “ lemonade police “ before ! I put my cup on the counter telling her I didn’t want any of it and took my seat to eat my sandwich. I told them I would never make the mistake of setting foot into a jimmy John’s ever again ., The sandwich was ordinary and not worth $10 and the lemonade police treated me so rudely I simply couldn’t believe it. Next time I’ll eat my lunch at Wendy’s . Their drink machine is not policed because one time I tried to get water but lemonade came out and no one said anything to me about it., I also told them at jimmy John’s that they need to get their machine fixed so the water will come out when you push the spigot in instead of lemonade.

This was my first time going to Jimmy John's and believe me it will be my last I ordered a hero or a sub what I got was pita bread That's how flat the sub was and I asked for vinegar and oil and it had no taste whatsoever and the top it off I still don't understand how I paid over $13 for this well I learned my lesson Don't waste the money on Jimmy John's I took a picture but I don't know how to attach it
