At 9:03 pm on March 24th 2024 I walked up to this location, there were people in the lobby as well as outside but there were signs on each door stating that the location closed at 8:00 pm due to something and all 3 doors were locked. As I was walking away, as I entered the Buffet City parking lot, I watched the door be unlocked and someone else let in as if it were a practical joke that they were closed or as if they were discriminating against me which businesses aren't supposed to partake in whatsoever! As well, the signs for this location are not lit and are hard to see at night for me let alone a senior living in the general vicinity, being that these shopping plazas are directly infiltrated by both Brookridge and High Point making this senior citizen central, lighting is highly necessary! I am very disappointed in the either practical joke or discrimination against myself and will be following up with the corporate headquarters in reference to this isolated incident which was all fully covered by video surveillance!

My girlfriend was halfway through her meal before she had a drink. I don't care if you are refusing serving us directly our franks rather then thinking you are having up pay to pour our own. Im upset with my 10minute wait time on a cup. She shouldn't have to go get a drink while hold her drink. That IS the point of finding the seat. Two dollars per minute of the drink. Should i use the drinkthroygh or will you park me for a drink?

Ordered French Onion soup to go. No cheese or croutons were included. They were out of tomatoes for the Greek salad. Asked and paid for extra feta and olives on my salad but it looks like a regular portion. Very disappointing for a $20 meal.

LOVE IT SO MUCH!! Last time I got there Margarita flatbread pizza! It was very good! I have also got there avocado blt thing which is also good. I come here frequently due to the Sip Club. Service is always fast. I just wish this location had a drive thru. Unfortunately the last 2 bagels I've ordered on separate occasions were over toasted and made them really hard. Their other pastries like the bear claw have been great. They have moved the charged lemonades behind the counter which is kind of inconvenient for refills.
