One kid hates pepperoni, one kid hates pineapple, which is why I order half Hawaiian/half pepp. Maybe they thought they were doing me a favor by making the entire pizza Hawaiian with pepperoni, but they weren't.Also, why ask for a phone number if you're just going to wait for me to walk back in? Stop getting stoned at work. If all you aspire to be is "pizza joint employee", at least be a decent one.

First time customer used delivery using Uber eats tonight. Delivery was far out in Brooksville off croom road. Only 40 minutes total. Pizza was hot, very fresh, tasted great. Wings were unseasoned as we ordered and were perfect. Not sure about previous reviews but they are on the money today. Thanks ?

We arrived about 10 mins b4 they opened. We could see the employees tossing dough around . Didn't look sanitary since they had been moving a mop bucket around. We decided to eat somewhere else

BEWARE! We just ordered from this location and it was disgusting. ?? The pizzas were undercooked, one was made with the wrong toppings. Our side of wings were Tysons breaded chicken bites with BBQ whizzed over it wrapped in tin foil. ☠️ Run while you can..

They are getting worse and worse. Be prepared to call and have your order remade. Wonder how much $$ they are throwing down the drain by having to remake vs. doing it right the first time. Props to the managers for the no hassle credits/remakes but this is getting rediculous. Do not expect your order to be right ordering here.

Very disappointed that no prices are posted on any of the sites i have looked at. Not even at the location on the signs. I left with out ordering. The people were busy and when I walked in I was greated. I'm not one to bother others when they are hard at work especially when tickets kept coming in to be filled.

Where do I begin..I rarely ever write negative reviews but I ordered two pizzas this evening after a really positive first time experience last week. Everything came very quickly and upon opening the box, I immediately understood why. Both pizzas were VERY undercooked,(despite me ordering it well done). to the point of not being able to hold a slice in your hand. The first bite almost made me vomit. That’s how doughy they were . One of the pizzas had almost no sauce and tasted like glorified cheesy bread. Compared to last week this felt like it came from a completely different place. (It didn’t). Whoever made this and allowed for it to be sent anywhere doesn’t care about their food or the customers that it ends up in front of. That much is abundantly clear. I had high hopes because I’ve always loved Papa John’s and this location is so close to my house but this is the last time I order from here again.
Always on point here. Take notice when ordering at open time, for some reason the door is almost always locked even though I've already ordered and paid and I have to call or knock for them to let me in.

I was surprised after reading some of the reviews because the food was great! We walked in last night and ordered one large pizza and bread sticks. It was prepared faster than expected and the customer service was great. Also, the restaurant was clean and well maintained.

"Id give 0 stars if i could but thats not possible so i give you a 1" today me and my boyfriend ordered pizza from here and his pizza was fine except it being thin.My pizza on the other hand looked like they let a toddler make it the pizza was super thin and i asked for light cheese like i usually do but their was hardly any cheese on it this time and it was also burnt in the end and i just really couldnt eat it. So we called the store to inform them with respect and immediately the store manager got so defensive not even trying to hear our complaints we realized he wasnt going to be any kind of helpful and just hungup but heres that pizza

We ordered pizza here about 3 months ago. It was awful, but my husband liked it. Today they told my husband he had to order online. We'll, at least I was happy! It is the worst pizza in town.

Use to love papa johns. Now you can't make order except on line..so drove up an tried to order. An team member said don't know the specials. An can't order in person. Only online.. it's a shame can't even get a pizza in person anymore..I'll miss it later papa..no customer service..at all guess it's a thing of the past..an for me so is papa johns...
