I ordered take out for clients. The restaurant is charming. The staff was very friendly. My order was ready on time. The food was delicious. Everything we ordered was correct. It's was a great experience. Next time I want to eat in because the place is adorable! Thanks for a wonderful lunch!
My husband and I went here today. He had the pizza and said it's the best he has had. I had the Bistro burger and fries absolutely delicious. Atmosphere was cozy and pleasant. The waitresses were very kind and helpful. Great place to go for a bite to eat or a cocktail. Definitely go again.

I can’t say enough about the bistro. From the brussel sprouts to the house made soups, sandwiches, pizza, all delicious. The servers/bartenders are amazing. Not to mention everything is always fresh. My favorite spot in brooksville.
The owner is the sweetest. We had a large. Crowd of family and they were very accommodating. Food was great and we had a great time.

In an area with fantastic food, you start to expect that wherever you go, the food is going to be on par with the other restaurants. The Bistro stands head and shoulders above the others!! Between the three of us we had a BLT, chicken salad sandwich, The Greek Bowl, and a Margarita Pizza. My mom loved the BLT. She normally eats things and even if not great will say, “It’s alright.” She loved this BLT! My sister is super picky about chicken - think when Harry met Sally. The Chicken Salad sandwich disappeared!! She loved it. The Greek Bowl was unbelievable!! I could have just had the rice. It was that good. Add the superb and crispy grilled chicken, fresh vegetables, and the delectable cheese, and this bowl sky rockets into stratospheric deliciousness! So what do you do when you’ve had this much awesome food? You get a margarita pizza! Dough made with flour from Italy. Fresh made sauce. The perfect amount of basil and mozzarella. And I don’t mean shredded. I mean wonderful chunks of delicious mozzarella. The crust was perfect!I’d say eat here for the food alone. The interior style, however, is very chic. Love it.So, great food and a beautiful place. What’s left? SAVANNAH!! She was so sweet and helpful! Loved her attitude and high level of attention. We’ll be back to see her too.Go to The Bistro. It’s fantastic.

Had lunch at The Bistro when visiting Friends in Brooksville, Florida. Brooksville may be a small town, but the residents there should be super happy to have such a great place to dine. We had beer and wonderful cocktails and shared several pizzas on the menu and they were all fabulous. We stepped out of the box a little bit with the Black Goat Pizza and Man was that Delicious. We watched as our pizza’s were hand made and fired in their wood fired pizza oven. The foodiness was further enhanced by both the owners who stopped by our table to check in. My friends and I have restaurant experience going back decades and loved the small town charm of the building and the personal style of the owners. We prefer smaller venues and local owners to the chains and The Bistro is a perfect fit! Can’t wait to visit my friends in Brooksville again and drag them, albeit willingly, back to The Bistro for another great meal as there’s lots more on the menu I want to try!

This being our 37th wedding anniversary we had to go to our favorite restaurant with a brick oven for amazing pizza. No one compares to my families pizza except for the Bistro! I feel at home always. We started with a margarita pizza with our sangria’s then we had our entrees the pot roast & salmon bowl. They were cooked to perfection and seasoned perfectly.

I REALLY couldn't make this up if I tried. We had a reservation for 6 @ 630 on a Saturday evening that was confirmed same afternoon. Oops sorry no seats available so we sat and waited for 45 minutes and then got a table. We ordered and 4 of the 6 dishes came and food was awesome. The other 2 showed up about the time the 4 finished 20 minutes later. Sweet tea was not even brown... sweet water with lemon please ?. I'm not mad but WOW! We drove from Lakeland for this?.... 2 hts later and the last 2 are finally eating thank goodness it'll be over soon.
