I can’t say enough good things about “Kris with a K” and her staff at this location. My car had issues in the drivethru and the staff was so nice and so patient helping me deal with the situation. I love our Starbucks on Cortez! The staff is the best and so courteous. Always treated well! Also, I'd like to request the self-serve items to go back where they were. I feel bad bothering them for a straw which is now hidden in the drawer. Is this possible?
