The manager working 3/30/24 needs to be fired or retrained. Not only was her staff extremely rude but when I spoke to her to complain she pointed fingers, spoke over me, and interrupted me the entire time. Then she told me she didn't have time to talk to me and hung up.

Well for what I ordered ( which is NOT what I got) and for the price.... HOLY COW!!!! Crunchy tacos and soft tacos were $ . 39 & $ .49 back in the day. NOW !!! are $2.89 & $3.89. someone plz tell me what all comes on a stake nacho supreme? No meat , guacamole, sm scoop of beans , dollop of sour cream. All in the center of a handful of chips. Is what I got. I'm not happy with what we got. But not like they will do anything. At least we didn't get food poisoning this time.( Back in 2016-2017) .yes it has been that long since I had Taco Bell. And I don't think I'll be back again.

Got a veggie fiesta burrito and got it grilled. Food came out very quick. Staff was friendly. Food was hot too. Only complaint is that a lot of the tables were dirty with sprinkled cheese.

I am a truck driver parked overnight at the Lowe’s next door to make delivery. I ordered through Doordash because the lobby was closed at 10:30pm. When I received my food, exactly 0.3 miles away, the Chalupas were cold and hard, ALL of the taco meat in every item was cold like it had never been heated, and one of my Doritos Locos Tacos was literally just the paper taco holder full of cheese. I walked to the store, returned the food and got a full refund from Doordash. Do not trust this store, I don’t expect gourmet from Taco Bell but this experience was completely unacceptable, my entire order was inedible.My one and only consolation was that the girl I dealt with when I walked to return my order was very polite and apologetic. I was so furious I didn’t even think to catch her name, and I’m only sorry that I can’t praise her by name.

Was told to use kiosk and wouldn’t take order from counter. This is the 5th time this has happened. I was using cash not a card. I believe that if they don’t want to do their job then they need to close the lobby and have drive through only.
