You decide on the ingredients in your smoothie. It's all up to you. As a diabetic, I always say no sugar please. They are very accommodating and make me feel like they value my health. I truly enjoyed the chicken chorizo wrap on the menu. Please bring it back!!!

I was a bit apprehensive....my friend said I could get a 24 Oz smoothie or a bowl ? for free as a perk for being a T Mobile cell subscriber.It was true, with the help of a friendly server I ordered the mixed berry Greek yogurt bowl.Hey, it's an $11 item. But we'll worth the cost loaded with fresh everything, see pics, and the yogurt and granola were tongue-merizing the best eleven bucks I ever did not spend. (TMOBILE coupon).I was never a client of TSC but they made me a fan. Great place to hang out too free Wi-Fi ? and plenty of seats and no coffee smell.✌️

The location was very clean and the food and smoothies were really good. It was almost $15 for a chicken wrap and a smoothie. FYI, they only serve one size smoothie and they are not small.

The quality is slipping!About once a month, my schedule has me driving past TS, at which point I stop in to grab a smoothie and sandwich. During my last 3 visits, I have noticed an increase in ice/ ice chunks in the Island Green smoothie.The last time was by far, the worst. 10 min down the road, I gave up trying to drink it and decided to throw it away.I don't know if this is now normal, but for me, I'm becoming discouraged and sad as I have enjoyed the TS products.I hope this review is taken seriously. And I will give it one more try next month.

Smoothies are good but the food isn’t great. Got a Thai chicken salad and there wasn’t much to it for the price. Tiny bits of chicken and I didn’t get the correct dressing. The side of sweet potatoes were kinda burnt and flavorless.

Don’t know how I lived near this for so long and never tried until now. Everything was so good. I went back the very next day because I couldn’t wait to try another option. The Buffalo chicken wrap flavor was good but sauce seemed to be on one side only. Everything else tasted really good and it just felt like such a nice lighter meal than any burger fast food place. A little concerned with the amount of sugar in the smoothies, so i will need to just order smart in this area, opting for no sugar or substitutions instead. Overall A+ from me.
