Wendy's has completely gone down hill! I rarely go to fast food restaurants anymore, and this most recent visit just got me to never go again. Ordered 2 meals for my wife and daughter which they got wrong and forgot an item, but what really killed it for me was the spicy chicken sandwich i ordered, there chicken is too be one of the best, it's been years since i got one, but then it was thick and juicy! Now it's flat not sure it's even chicken and covered in unfavorable breading! Btw it was $8. I'm done with all fast food there complete garbage no nutritional value at all but what's the worse thing is they taste horrible! Fda needs too do there job and shut these places down! Dave is rolling in his grave!

1100 S Broad St, Brooksville, FL 34601. I ordered 2 grilled chicken wraps and lo and behold they forgot the tortilla shells. They just sent lettuce and chicken they forgot the ranch dressing as well. How do you screw up a wrap.

Service & atmosphere is great but I really wish their fries were hot when you ordered them; same for the nuggets. Seems like each time I go thru the drive thru I get cold nuggets & cold fries but sandwich is hot. Ok but needs some improvement.
The breakfast is inexpensive and delicious. Best gravy of the fast food places, and better than some sit-down restaurants.

Drive thru girl didn't seem to understand what I wanted. Got to the window and was told that the total was more than $50.Fries were cold, burger was not hot and juicy, frosty was underfilled.No, I didn't order a combo, just a burger, fries, and shake, all a la carte.
