Very unprofessional staff (Manager) Unwilling to seek a resolution for issue with discounts. Refused to assist an old man that had a issue with the app and discounts at location. I will never return to Wendy's !!
I can't believe how horrible the customer service is. The person speaking through the speaker was extremely rude, they basically threw our food at us, they never said "Have a nice day!" At the window or even let us know we got all of our food, and all the employees cared more about conversating with one another than their actual job. Such horrible customer service.

Went to Wendy's on Cortez Ave in Brookville FL yesterday for breakfast. Ordered in mobile app, went to speaker, then to drive up window....was told to go wait in the parking area for mobile orders. Waited about 7 minutes and then went inside to get the order. Very poor system. Other Wendy's don't do this "wait around in the parking lot". I will find a diff Wendy's or go to McD.

Went to pick up my mobile order and they said it already got picked up… Had to sit for 20+ minutes on customer service for a refund because the manager said they cant remake my food if it already got picked up. EVEN THOUGH it got stolen from THEIR eyes. horrible

Ordered 2 things. 6 piece chicken nugget—only given 5 nuggets. And a Dave’s double. Wrong amount of cheese and no ketchup or mayo so the burger was dry as can be. Really hard to mess up a simple order but nothing surprises me anymore in this
