Worst rocky road I’ve ever eaten. I ended up throwing it away because it tastes so bad and the waffle cone as well. Plus the poor friendly customer service.

Very unfriendly!The bathroom door locked for paying customers, they appeared under staffed ,A lady was in there putting on a full face of makeup but they wanted to charge $1 for a cup of ice , just very strange atmosphere .Not coming back!

I read the reviews but always give second chances- I mean it's ice cream right? How hard can it be to of good service? I called... a few times and no answer. 1/5 stars. Would give 0/5 for (a) no one answering the call and (b) no one responded to reviews. The number on file +1 (407) 348-7822

The store is super clean. They have many ice cream flavors and donuts that in the other store dont have. I give one star because the owner should tell the employees to do better. The customer service was bad. Horrible! 3 girls at front 2 of them high as a kite they didn’t know they were at BR. I aak for a scoop of chocolate ice cream she charge me for and left. I was waiting for 5 or more min and no line. Just me and my son. I noticed the girl left, where well IDK she was not in this world lol I have to call the other high girl to ask again for my Ice cream! The other girl very nice doing the donuts and the other guy In another world too. I can understand that you are a Marihuana user but to go to work like that when u dont even know where you at that’s not ok.

Awful experience! I went there to purchase an ice cream cake and waited around 30min for someone to help me at check out. The workers were there looking at me, the store was empty and no one was able to help me at check out so i left without purchasing anything. Wont come back.

Had to drive over here for chocolate chip and Jamocha almond fudge ice cream for a cake i was making.This location is super clean, modern and the staff really nice. Apparently they just got a remodel and it looks great.Ice cream was packed perfectly ,latte perfect and egg and cheese croissant was perfect!Very impressive!

I would give them less than one star if possible! When in there this evening with my wife for some Ice Cream. When we arrived at the store, it was empty and one car in the drive thru. We went inside and there were 5 girls behind the counter all with their backs to us. Not a single greeting. After 5 minutes, still no "may I help you", even though we were at the counter. as they walked by, they would purposely look the other way. Finally after 10 minutes I said "hello! we would like to order!" One girl turned around and then walked into the back room. Finally I raised my voice a little and said "Ladies! Hello! is anyone working the counter?". The turned for a minute and then went back to their talking and texting. It was about 8:00pm. Finally we just left. Will never go there again. Every one of them should be fired for the rudeness. Went to Publix and bought ice cream and went home. Reading the other reviews, it looks like I'm not the only person to experience this. So here it is the next day... was going to have a chat with the store manager but evidently they don't answer their phones either. Avoid this place.
Zero stars. Waffle cone was stale 2 nights ago, I asked if she can just put my ice cream in a bowl. I now ordered a strawberry banana smoothie but since they are out of bananas I just got strawberry alone, it did not look red like presented on the menu, looked super light pink, almost white & super icee. This is NOT the place for smoothies unless you want a slushie/icee. Lots of crushed ice, did not taste like strawberry at all, I wouldn't even want to imagine it with bananas.

Hot coffee was cold. Gove it back to the young lady, give us another one a little warmer. We should it said forget it about. Coffee should be always hot ?
