Ordered a large Iced Matcha Latte with Almond milk, I have very bad lactose intolerance. Once I got home after drinking it, I was feeling terrible… when I go look at the cup it says milk… and not almond milk. This place needs to make sure they are adding the right milk and stuff cause they gonna make people sick.

We’ve been to many Dunkin’s in Orlando and Kissimmee and this one is the best! It’s spacious and clean. They have variety of donuts and ice cream, plus the service is great. They have plenty personnel and they serve you fast. It’s usually packed in the mornings and mid day, but they are on it. I wish everyone that’s satisfied would leave a review. Food and beverages are good, we’ve never had a problem with quality. I’ve seen other Dunkin’s where employees look like they don’t wanna be there or even work, and takes forever to pay and get your stuff. Not here, I live in the area and visit it often, and they are friendly with good service. My boyfriend lives in Orlando and he rather come to this Dunkin that the ones in his area.
Bought my food at Dunkin Donut and was denied to use the restroom when I ask why , the young associate said cause you can’t use it . Not nice but it’s ok , it won’t happen again .
