I ordered through the app before I left, arrived at the restaurant to find that they didn't receive my order, spent 10 minutes showing them my order on the app, then had an employee ask another if the location on the app was the stores address even though it clearly said Bushnell, Fl, I ddn't realize Bushnell has multiple Popeye's. Finally got my order but it wasn't complete, it wasn't worth the hassle to go back for a $1.29 biscuit. Won't be back

If I could do a zero star I would I pulled up at 10:55 and they where close no problem the door was close and all windows closed as I heard the manager scream and yelling at the top of his lungs at his employees mind you I was in the parking lot this is not acceptable and not the first time I’m gone there and heard the manager, screaming and yelling at his employees, but joking around and laughing with all the minors as everyone of just getting screamed and yelled at and corporate won’t do nothing about it

The food was delicious but the service the worst the atmosphere the manager was so rude like and said they were all short on staff I think all the staff quite except the as manager and manager

I have patronized 3 times. The counter workers were cordial and apologetic. But the time to actually get your food was very slow. Even when I pre-ordered via mobile app and was quite a distance away and made one other stop and by the time I made it to pick up my Popeyes it still wasn't ready and I had to wait another almost 10 minutes.
Service is a little slow and when you order red beans and rice you expect to get rice with the beans other than that the food was good and the Service was friendly

I asked for bacon no pickles on my sandwich. The reverse occured of course they put pickles and left out the bacon after charging for it.the biscuits tasted old and reheated and the fries same. 35$ a ton of time waiting and returning back in because we got the wrong meal to begin with. What a mess and disaster of a place I'm surely never coming back here.
