Every single time I drive thru the employees are polite, friendly, and great welcoming attitude. Katrina is one who always serves with a smile, wish I could get all their names because a couple young men also consistently maintain service with a smile. This is hands down the friendliest BK I've ever been to! Keep it up!
Managers close down drive through to smoke outside instead of focusing on proper training for their younger staff and restaurant cleanliness. Other team members make you go inside for orders vs the drive through for no reason in hopes that you will just leave. They then proceed to take 20 minutes to give you your one meal because it’s annoying you didn’t just leave. This place will close down soon if proper management not hired.

Thank you so much for the Impossible Whopper. We gave up beef a year ago, and we were missing our hamburgers. But this alternative to beef was actually better than beef. We go now every Wednesday for their burger special. Thank you for giving us this opportunity to enjoy a good hamburger.
