As I do not usually post reviews I feel it necessary to let those seeking truly amazing craft cocktails know about this distillery, my friends and I had a great time and were amazed by the professional bartenders, Wendy and Allison. The cocktails were perfect and oh, the glasses were clean! not like some of the beach bars we have experienced in the area, worth the effort to visit, they distill the spirits on-site and have a great retail shop.

A must visit if you're in the area! Delicious cocktails, quick service, bar itself is casual and was not overly busy. We ordered the key west cocktail made with their own coconut rum and tried a couple pours of their bourbon. Everything was excellent!

We LOVE this place! We come here every time we’re in Cape Canaveral- usually twice per year. The owner, Ron, is so incredibly nice. Full of historical information and just a genuinely nice guy. The bartender, Allison, is INCREDIBLE! She has created and perfected every craft cocktail on the menu, she’s sweet, talented, and we look forward to seeing her and her creations every time we come! We also have two young children and they’re so nice to our girls! Couldn’t find a better environment. Try The Breakfast Club (you’ll never want a Bloody Mary again) and the Rocket Fuel is amazing. You’ll dream of it when you’re not here!

Varied activities area (comedy, live acoustic music, etc.)Stainless steel still. Tours available. This is our second visit from out of state - come spend two relaxing hours!

Wow. Hidden gem @ the Cape! Great distilled spirits (by the bottle and/or glass), awesome craft cocktails, great space/venue (with live music often and comedy night weekly), and great people! I am typically a beer guy, but this is an awesome alternative to the many awesome Space Coast breweries! Not to be missed while visiting the Cape!

What a great place to visit. Did the tour with the owner, he was fantastic.
Seems to be a great place if you are a regular, but if it is your first time in don't expect to get any attention. Came in with the plan to try a happy hour martini, get a spirit flight, and then try a cocktail and see where the afternoon took us. I will say that it was incredibly busy when we arrived, but we ended up having to move to the bar to even get service. Then, once we were finally able to get our drinks, no one spoke to us or made eye contact with us until we were well past the point of frustration and just ready to leave. Staff was very engaged with speaking to the people that appeared to be regulars, even offering them free samples, but we couldn't even get someone's attention to order our next round. We may have had a different experience if they hadn't been so busy, but as no one said anything to us, I have no idea if this is the norm. The menu had several drinks we wanted to try and the space was warm and well decorated, unfortunately, between the drinks we did have (overly sweet) and the unwelcoming atmosphere, we have no desire to return.

An absolute stellar experience. Did the master tour and had a great time. Was amazing to see their entire process and Ron was beyond friendly. All of the spirits were fantastic. As they do more barrels I will 100% be planning a trip back!
