The service was attentive, and the staff made sure I had everything I needed throughout my meal. If you're in the mood for a hearty breakfast or a comforting meal any time of day, Bob Evans is the place to be.
Delicious breakfast of Sunrise Skillet & biscuit, with a side cup of sausage gravy. An ice-cold glass of sweet tea to was it all down! Everything was very tasty and service was great!

I went with my family to a semi-empty restaurant at half past six in the afternoon, we had to wait until they didn't receive it, because no one wanted it, they only came by when I finally did, they only asked the name and told us to sit down so they could call us , which is a joke, then a couple arrived, they received them and sat them down, and don't tell me they had a reservation, because they asked them how many they were. After a while of waiting I told everyone let's get up and go, this is the worst customer service, we didn't want what the time would be, oh I forgot, train your customer service staff better, they all had a bitter face.

I'd give this place 0 stars if I could.. ordered Easter day dinner 2 weeks ago 250.00 dollars worth of food. Easter day Bob Evans pops out mass emails saying your order has been canceled we will refund your money in 5-7 business days so I call and they tell me it's a huge system wide glitch that I'm going to have to put my order back in and pay another 250.00 dollars.. WHAT !?!? YOUR SYSTEM CRASHES AND I HAVE TO PAY FOR IT ? Called and talked to a manager who told me there was nothing he could do but put the order back in and pay another 250.00..For your holiday meals stay FAR away from this place cause you'll be sorely disappointed. My next call will be to corporate...

Door Dash delivered my online order this afternoon but the family portion of chicken noodle soup didn't come. On a rainy, cruddy day like today who doesn't want some homemade Bob Evans chicken noodle soup? Susan, the restaurant manager apologized and brought it to my house herself! That is going ABOVE & BEYOND in my book and I cannot thank her enough for the effort! I was expecting a credit or a *free* voucher.... but not personal delivery. THANKS SO MUCH Susan! You made our night!
