Stopped an entire freight train just for this masterpiece of a chicken fry, turns out the monsters in the bathroom hate trains and tried to attack it but the girl behind the counter (I don't remember her name I think it was something like Sunny) gave me 45 iPhone 13 Pros to fight off the monsters after that she played an epic clarinet solo that made the ingredients float and turn into a whoper would definitely come back(My friends work here don't take this review seriously)
It's been a long time since I have been to a BK and thought there was anything good about it. (I mostly just avoid BK.) This location is clean. The service is quick, and the employees are well-trained and kind.Kid-friendliness: They had crowns pre-assembled. Kids meals are a good price.

Was in ammquick hurry to grab some dinner for my old mother who can barely eat as it this, I arrive at the restaurant at the speaker in the drive thru at 11:55pm mind you Burger King is supposed to close at 12:00pm (midnight)The drive thru worker “Julie” asks me what would I like to eat, I tell her my meal and she just sits there in silence probably turned off her mic so she didn’t have to take my order hoping 12:00pm would come sooner I pull up to the window surprisingly know one is there 5 mins pass by and “Julie” comes out of know where with her headset on saying we’re closed . I didn’t even argue I just left don’t eat from here there Is definitely bad energy in the food

We go to this Burger ? King quite a bit due to its location. The food is warm and prepared ok… sometimes lacking on the Whopper Sauce so ask for extra. The staff is friendly and kind. However, my review on the service is low due to time. This Burger King is slow. It takes a long time in the drive-thru and inside. BUT the cleanliness of the place and how pretty it is helps make up for it. This Burger King tends to seem always very understaffed and the only place it shows is in turn around time. If they could get that solved I’d give it a 5 star. Go here if you want to chill a bit, not when you are in a hurry.Kid-friendliness: I have two daughters, age 8 and 4. This Burger King always has the beloved crown available and my girls go straight for them. The staff is kind to my kids and the spaciousness of this Burger King allows them to be involved, fill their drinks and take the trash without being a tripping risk for others.Wheelchair accessibility: This Burger King is VERY wheelchair accessible! It has dedicated parking and ramp and the openness of the this particular Burger King makes it easy to maneuver inside.

As a member of the lgbtq this Burger King tried me so hard they purposely kept misgendering me no damn well I'm a black woman not a white man they disrespected me so bad I sat in my car and cried for 25 minutes about how emotional I was over the disrespect I just received from some Burger King workers this building should be burned to the ground
tell me why i try to order an 8pc nugget right and she tell me they don’t have that they only got the 10 pc if that’s the case why y’all advertising something y’all don’t even have. it’s on y’all website then she said i couldn’t make it a meal but on the website i can like huh? so she charged me $4 for a 10 pc nugget like it’s mcdonald’s or something but on the website you get 16 nuggets for $4 so all i here is scam. then she charged everything seperate instead of as a meal.

Gave one star because that's the lowest rating. We waited a half hour, even with not many customers inside maybe five orders at most, and not many cars outside at all. Apparently they were waiting on meat, wouldn't have ordered a burger if I knew that. Not sure how they can be so backed up when they have about ten people "working". Everyone who came after us got their food before us and we were only two people, only ordered two meals and a burger by itself. The "managers" just watch from the other side of the counter and one of them said they didn't know what they were doing. You should know the entire job if you're a manager, not just be a cashier or have the ability to stand in place. One of the cooks are just dropping f-bombs, half of the employees stroll around, there were four employees standing in the bagging area when food isn't even ready just laughing about everything. The help was obviously needed in the kitchen yet they just left one or two people making orders. Not once did the "managers" ask the employees what they needed. Everyone had a careless, no-hustle attitude, no consideration. I swear it gets worse every time. Food was warm at best. They the whole establishment needs training and actual guidance. I won't be back I'll go to a different one. Pure carelessness.

If I could give no stars I would. Waited 20+ minutes in the drive through for our food. They charged up for 2 extra sauces that we didn't ask for and didn't get. When questioned the employee said I didn't charge you sir the system did it on its own. Finally received our food and we were missing fries. We had to honk the horn several times to get someone to come to the window. Another employee brought the fries and didn't even put them in a bag!! The food was awful and the service was even worse. This restaurant is poorly managed and needs a serious over haul.
