The experience here today was pretty bad, the bartender took extremely long to take my order despite there being only 2 others at the bar and I told him I was in a rush and wanted to order to go since my kid was falling asleep.He proceeded to give me the slowest service of my life over the course of about 10 minutes only serving me drinks and never taking my food order.I finally got up and ordered to go, this only took a few minutes which was short enough to be a bathroom break. But my slow bartender was quick to throw my drinks in the trash, the only thing he did with any speed.When I talked to the manager Nick, I told him I didn’t want anything other than to share my experience. He did not seem to care at all about my issues taking the side of his staff instead. Absolutely terrible customer service all around, but especially from a store manager.The only thing I wanted from him was that he acknowledged and addressed my concerns but that was not the case.I will never eat at this restaurant again, and I suggest nobody else does either.Edit: got home and they got my to go order completely wrong as well. Not even the correct entree. Incredible.

Food is great! Punches Olive Garden in the face!? They have a decent steak to say the least! Service is usually pretty good. They keep it pretty professional. Atmosphere is decent as well, wish it was a little higher end especially being in the area it’s in. I will definitely return in the future

It was truly an event. Indulging in four course meals that paired a different Sangria with each course. Food, drink, and service were outstanding. Carrabba's does various types of these events with wines and other spirits.I highly recommend trying the opportunity to attend!!!

Terrible food. Pasta like mush, foreign object in eggplant parm, and mahi so dry it was like sawdust. And no response after 4 days from corporate. They don’t even care. I will never go there again!
