Super rude staff! Very nasty. We were lost when we walked in. Three different people ignored us then had us stand there and argue about it loudly. The place is super crowded, tables to close to the line. They serve the locals first. The food was ok. The papas rellenas were cold and soggy, the empanadas dry. We did like the croquettes and pastellitos. It's really not worth the trouble at all. There are plenty of other bakeries in the area to choose from. I would NOT recommend this one. Be courteous people

Excellent product!! Terrible attention, which is why I have stopped going frequently. I hope someone is encouraged to make a Cuban Bakery with better service in Cape Coral.

I have to 100% agree with the last review. Super rude staff. We were also confused about the ordering and the staff tended to the locals and ignored us. When I questioned it, one lady argued w us for like 10 mins and we are the customers. We should have left because it was not worth it. The space is crowded, the food was mostly cold. If you don't speak Spanish, good luck. Atleast the croquettes and guava and cheese pastries were delicious. Still, would not recommend this place at all. There are plenty of bakeries in the area that would appreciate the business and treat customers with respect.

Best Cuban sandwich anywhere, better than the one I had in Miami!! Be patient, like everyone else, they're struggling with help issues.

Terrible treatment, a lady who is the one who collects the money at the register has a very bad manner, it is believed that she is in communist Cuba, mistreating users and shouting all the time, you have to have some childhood education before dealing with him. I publish, I certainly do not recommend that site and of course I will not return again.

The best of Cape Coral, very attentive and friendly staff, the food in general is very good. The sweets and bread are the best... I recommend them. My favorites are the bread and raisin pudding, the Cafe con leche and the bread... Very delicious breakfast! A very familiar atmosphere.!!

This place is solid, home cooked tasting meals. I've Been twice now and the food is consistent. I love the roasted pork and the Morros are great. Had a guava shake and it was good too. The service is fast. You definitely won't leave hungry.

10/10 recommend the wait is long because they are so good that the line is out the door but after you try their sweets you will see why
