From someone who works in the food industry I can tell you just come here this is an absolute yes price is good the food quality second to none first taco truck I try here in Cape Coral and it will be the last absolutely delicious check these guys out!!!!

Cubamex has the best Latin American Mexican cuisine as if you were eating in your mothers kitchen.. had the yuca with Chicharrón and the monster burrito. Both were fantastic... even if you don't like Latin cuisine. You'll love this place.

Being a food truck parked at a gas station I was surprised by the quality of the food. To follow suit with other reviews the Cubano sandwich is delicious. But the wait is a bit excessive, over 30 minutes for 2 sandwiches.

I read an article about this place.I had high expectations about visiting but was very disappointed with my Cuban sandwich I received. It had a very small amount of ingredients. The meat was overcooked bearly chewable pork and the single piece of ham was put on the grill and was also dry and overcooked and very salty. I wish I could be leaving a stellar review but unfortunately I cant.

Husband always love stopping here to get some empanadas and a Cuban sandwich. They have cute little sitting area around the truck. A must to try!

Usually pretty good. It depends on who is working because I have been buying lunch from Cubamex the last year and it's hit or miss. The Asada tacos, either the meat is all chewy fat or the tortillas taste raw like they weren't put on the grill. Pan con bistec is good sometimes.But overall they are ok.
