This location us 50/50. Some employees are respectful and clearly have customer service experience and other don't see to care. The food is also a 50/50. It's always a gamble is something is incorrect with the food itself, but they're all very sure to get the money for every last request you are, if if they don't put it into the food. This location is near my home so I go here most frequently. I would suggest mid day to go to this location. Maybe early open. But never later than 8 or 9.

Very disappointed with this Culver's. I come here about twice a week and lately the service and food has been poor. I ordered online last week and arrived and texted as instructed to do. 15 minutes later I had to go inside and pick up my order. No apologies just nasty faces like I did something wrong asking for my order that was supposed to be.brought out to me 15 minutes prior. They also forgot my drinks so I had to go back in a second time. Then when I get home there was no cheese on my chicken sandwich even though I paid extra for it. Plus my entire $32 order was cold. Then today I dine in and get the Pot Roast sandwiche. I mean seriously about 1-2 ounces of meat on this sandwich. I basically ate a bread sandwich. 7.99 for this??? Funny that all the pictures show meat. All around and this had no meat!! Extremely upset with this location.
