Not only was my food cooked to perfection, but my order was delivered swiftly and according to my instruction by the driver Ali, who was very kind to me and helpful making sure I was well taken care of. I'm highly pleased with every dollar spent and regret not tipping more. Been ordering from the North Fort Myers location for a year since moving to the area, go online, choose delivery, it tells me this location is my delivery location as always, place order, send, receive order confirmation, bank account gets charged and then I get a text 10 minutes later telling me my order was cancelled by them.When I call, they tell me they don't deliver here, when I ask why I was able to in the past, I'm told the drivers decide if they want to take deliveries and nobody wants to drive that far right now...WHAT?I'm in a new housing addition with 100 homes and 500 more being built. A $50 order, $5 delivery fee and a $7 tip turned away and they don't even have the decency to call me when they cancelled.Corporate tells me they will forward the complaint to the restaurant and weeks later, no reply.I will spend the rest of my life telling people about how horrible your system is from every mountain top, social media platform and news article for the rest of my life as your company already has started to spiral.Good luck.
