On the fly home stopped in ordered Philly Cheese Steak Hot Sub. Super fast, went next door to the maw and paw store. Git few things, came back and the food was ready. Brought it home. Nice and hot, tasted great. ? Thank you. This place can not get it right for the life of them. We order pretty much every other week and I’m starting to think we will take our money elsewhere. I get a thin cheese pizza (pie cut) is it ever cut right when we arrive to pick up?!? No it’s cut in those tiny little squares that I find stupid. So we have to wait while the staff remakes a pizza.

Very late, food was no longer even warm, forgotten marinara I had to pay extra for, and I asked to leave it at the door to avoid waking my children did they listen? No they ring the doorbell waking both kids so overall not a great experience at all

EDIT: When someone leaves a bad review, don’t send the same driver nearly half an hour later to come knock on the door and get the dogs barking just to give me the freaking ranch cups. Remember it the first time instead of trying to halfheartedly fix it. It’s annoying someone should even have to say that once you guys forgot something as stupid as that, that it’s not even worth sending someone back to my house over. It was worth leaving a review though. Now that driver had time taken out of his day he could’ve spent doing another delivery.Original: Paid nearly a dollar for a tiny cup of ranch that the driver didn’t even give me. Unbelievable. I shouldn’t have tipped.

Absolutely horrible experience. Ordered carry out, just 2 pizzas nothing crazy, waited 20 minutes in store then the tracker said it was ready. I go up to the counter to see if it's ready and the guy says yep, takes my card and charges me, and then goes to the grab my pizzas and comes back to tell me they're not ready yet. Fine, no worries, I can wait a few minutes longer. 10 more minutes goes by, other people are coming in and picking up their pizzas that came in way after my order. I go back to the counter, and the pizzas are still not ready, and here's the kicker; they didn't even know where the pizzas were or how much longer when I asked. Got a refund, but I still wasted an hour of my life including driving, not to mention my hungry family will have to figure something else out now.Despicable. Will never order from this Domino's again.
