This Dunkin needs new management/ownership.. I travel a lot and been to many Dunkin' Donuts around the U.S. this one by far doesn't seem to believe in time efficiency or organization. A drive through experience for me was ordering two plain toasted bagels with cream cheese and a small coffee. It took 3 people to take my order and once my order was placed and I came to the window to pay. The gentlemen at the window said they don't have any plain bagels... (could of said this at the time I was ordering instead of at the window) in fact they only had two types left, everything and multigrain... I made my choice and this still took way too long to toast bagels. I must of sat there over 15-18minutes. I was the only person there in the dive through that morning which now makes sense because looking at all the other reviews people all have similar issues with efficiency in organization with this Dunkin' Donuts location specifically. Hope to see changes but I won't be coming to this location anymore..

Do not go to this DD, unless you want to wait 15 minutes or more for your order. I don't live far so unfortunately this is the closest Dunkin to me and everytime I have gone through the drive-thru, I have waited over 15 minutes in line.. with only 1 or 2 cars ahead of me. One day i decided to walk inside to hope for faster "normal" service and with only 2 people ahead of me i still waited longer than needed for my order. The people that work there are useless. They just walk around in circles and don't actually get anything done. This place is a joke and needs new management.. or just any management at all.

My husband and I went through the drive through this morning. He ordered 25 jelly and glazed munchkins. When we received our order, we got a bag full of chocolate and powered munchkins. My husband politely asked for his order to be corrected. We pulled around to the front of the store. When we pulled around the front of the store as instructed by the employee, a woman came out with our correct order however, there wasn’t 25 munchkins. I guess you don’t have to know how to count when you work at this place…..check your order people!!!!!

Probably the worst Dunkin around. Donuts alway are icing down, never have stuff you ordered. Poor customer service order is rarely right. Coffee is so bad and inconsistent we no longer even get it here.

This place is filled with idiots. Fact. They're not friendly, upbeat, attentive, or even concerned with their customers. Customer service is a concept they don't understand here. The Area Manager sits in the restaurant often and carries on business in the public seating area. The place is ALWAYS dirty and the tables NEVER get wiped down ~ Their products suck and are overpriced and also filled with chemicals. Just trying to get a coffee or an espresso is a MAJOR UNDERTAKING. The staff ignores the persons standing at the counter. All focus is on the drive-thru. If it weren't for the free WiFi, this place would possess ZERO VALUE. / Worst DD ever. Just DON'T.
