Ordered a blended coffee received ice coffee with horrible flavor. Staff response to this should be blended…the tag says iced. Horrible customer service didn’t even try to fix the coffee and will never be back to this location.

I used to come to this Dunkin' Donuts a long time ago and in the in the layout was designed horribly obviously it's been remodeled and it's a lot better much more roomier. For that reason I give it a five as far as all the other stuff like food and the atmosphere and the service I give it a five did not have to wait long for my coffee and donut like some other places very quick.

I always ask for unsweetened ice tea and again I received a sweet tea. I should know enough by now to taste my iced tea before I leave. Not sure why this is such a difficult order for them.

With no line there was a Long wait, the order was wrong, and no one will answer the phone!It was two bagels and both were simple and incorrect.

My order clearly had a dozen donuts listed as the FIRST item. My hashbrowns were soggy, ice cold. My "frozen" coffee was completely liquid. And not a donut in soght.

Messed up both sandwich's I ordered, and when I say messed up I mean non modified items she simply rang in the wrong thing. The hash browns were soggy and there's black mold on the wall and ceiling. Overall a terrible experience. I'd never talk down to or single an employee out but there needs to be some accountability around there. Definitely will not be back.

They need to hire older people when I go there and it looks like there’s all teenagers working. The orders are messed up and it’s just not a good experience.

Dunkin is no starbucks!Let me explain: starbucks app lets you use the app to pay for your food and drink once a cc or a dc is attached. Dunkin says: a cc or dc only works when you place an online order. Ie "other means of payment" does not mean ...here scan my app which will allow me to pay" . Get with the times or at least catch up to your competitors.

My sister, mom and I went in to this location on Father’s Day to get everyone some food and coffees. We realized the drive thru line was very long so we chose to go inside. Despite ordering A LOT of food for a lot of people, the cashier, Nicole, was very nice and accomodating. As soon as we were finished ordering, we stood by the pick-up area and items were coming out almost immediately. All the food was correct and the drinks were made exactly as we ordered. The entire process took about 5 minutes. Extremely impressed with this location.
