Went for lunch (3 people total). It was after 11am. Was told that they weren’t quite ready because only the bartender showed up for work. We decided to go ahead and stay since we were told that they could get to us in just a few minutes. No worries, we felt bad for the poor young man who was trying to get tables ready. As others customers stated arriving the bartender announced over the microphone that they would only have bar service and if you wanted to order anything that you would need to come to the bar. Made sense since he was the only one that showed up for work (from the server side of the house). We placed our order at the bar for food. I had to assume that not much kitchen staff was present either since it took so long for our food to come out. When it came it was wrong. They took the 2 wrong plates back so they could replace them. The only plate that was correct was awful! Chicken was overcooked and the bun was stale. The fries were gross as they cooked them in the same grease they cook fish in.When they brought back the 2 plates that were wrong….. they still got it wrong. We didn’t say anything and just tried to eat it since we were hungry. I can make a better grilled chicken wrap myself. Guess we should have just stayed home. Needless to say we won’t go back or take friends or family there.

Don't waste your time!!! The only reason I was able to give them a one star is because our server was great and she was put on the spot.We had a gift card that was given to us but we were not allowed to use it with the "Southwest Florida Eats" which we purchased as well. They already had the money for the gift card so it's like cash. It is not noted anywhere that can't be used with gc.The other restaurants we visited took both. Will not go back here. Even if we lose the money on gc and SWFL EATS.The place is filthy. The music is so loud. The food is tasteless and rolls were stale.I am sure they won't be open for much longer. I'm concerned about the wait staff and hope they can find employment elsewhere where they are appreciated!!! They work very hard!!!

I see why this place has all negative reviews. I called yesterday (4/25/23) to make a 5:00 reservation. I told the person I spoke with that our group of 6 would be coming to Drag Queen Bingo for the first time (which was advertised on the website from 6:00 - 8:00) and asked him if 5:00 was a good time to come. He agreed it was and I gave him my name for our reservation. We arrived at 4:45 and then told that they weren’t having Bingo that night but it would probably start next week. No apology was given for the wrong information that was given to me on the phone. The guy could have cared less that we drove the 35 minutes. Needless to say, we didn’t stay. The place looked very dumpy and parking was very limited. Thanks

The food was awful. The fries were soggy, the sloppy Joseph bun was stale. The lettuce on the grouper sandwich was rotten. I am tempted to contact the health department, the lettuce was dark and slimy. No way that should be served. And prices were high.Won't go backParking: Limited

The worst food I have had in a very long time. There was one bartender and the owner came out to take our order. We waited and hour and a half for our food and the calamari and coconut shrimp was way over cooked. The pulled pork Nachos had no pulled pork and chips were stale. The salad was supposed to come with ranch but they gave sour cream instead. I spoke to the owner and before i could even explain he said "I know" and expressed how they are having issues. The one waitress was great, ran around trying to keep everyone happy but the food was horrible.

Service was terrible Natalie kept forgetting to give us our drink order. The appetizers were under cooked and was not the same on the menu (missing) items. Natalie never came back for our lunch order. We spoke to the OWNER or tried to but his cell phone conversation was more important. We left and never coming back. Had lunch at Ralph's Place, we loved it!

This was a very interesting place with a variety opf Key West food along with the decor of Key West. Located in a nice area, there is walkable shopping nearby..

Thursday night has a great musician! We live to hear him sing. Food was so so. I would rather have my wine in a glass not a plastic cup, but you can't beat the open bar area and the nice breeze!!

We had 6:45 reservations. Upon arrival ON TIME, we were informed by the owner that there would be 10 minute wait. He went in to explain he had had an influx of customers and we will have to wait. We said but we had a reservation. His attitude was oh well. We won't go back. The grouper sandwich was devoid of any moisture. The fettuccini Alfredo was ok. The price outrageous. No bread or salad options. They served wine in plastic cups. Again. We won't be back. The entertainment was great!

Restaurant had only one server for this dinner service on Valentines Day. We arrived on time for our 7 pm reservation. We were seated at 8 pm and finally received our our food at 9 pm. The live music was the only reason we didn't get up and leave. No one apologized for the poor service. The attitude was basically, take it or leave it, and we're doing the best we can. Food was good, but a bit over priced. I was also charged for a salad that we never received. I won't be going back.

We made a reservation, when we arrived there was no one to seat us. There were plenty of available tables so we took a seat at a High top. We waited about 5 mins for the hostess to resurface, when no one showed I went to the bar and told the bartender that we had a reservation and asked if we needed to "be seated", she told us that it was unlikely we would get served at a table because they were "just too busy" but if we wanted to sit at the bar she could get our order in. There were 4 of us and we wanted to be able to talk comfortably- we weren't looking to sit at the bar hence the reservation. The reservation was for 645pm ( after the dinner rush) and over half of the tables were empty. We decided to go elsewhere and had a great meal and service two doors down at Merricks. The other two people in our party said that they had the same thing happen to them previously. The Manu looks great though!

I don’t understand how every single dish was bad. It was honestly impressive, how every single thing managed to be utterly terrible. A “shrimp basket” with four shrimp, “Lobster rolls” lobster priced with imitation meat, over cooked bad cuts of freezer burned steak, baked potatoes that were cold and hard and crusty on the outside, freezer burned old vegetables priced as “market fresh”, pools of grease under every shrimp, over half of the “fried” Calimari flesh was bare, the marinara “sauce” was chunky and dry with a sour taste, we had to stand up to just to get the attention of our waitress, it took them over an hour to inform us that the they were out of the first appetizer we ordered, the sweet tea tastes like a smoker stirred it with their bare hand, just drinks took over 30 minutes, we spent about $300 on 5 meals, 2 drinks and a singular appetizer. My stomach hurts. My friends were not able to finish their food.Great atmosphere.1/100 stars, I hope to live the rest of my life without ever having to suffer through an attempted poisoning as bad as this again.Vegetarian options: They were great if you like bagged old lettuce or freezer burned sour vegetables. (=Kid-friendliness: No one was allowed inside. Everyone is forced to sit on the patio with the smokers within 20 feet or so. Had a lovely constant taste of smoke to make everything steadily worse.Parking: Next to no parking spots, had to park against a closed building next door.Dietary restrictions: They were out of over half of the menu. There was nothing to accommodate any restrictions unless you just wanted a bowl of old lettuce or cup of ice.

Service was horrible. Food was OK at best way over priced for what you get. Now I know why that place is never busy. Won’t be going back anytime soon.

Entertainment was fantastic. Food, service and restroom cleanliness was poor. Don't know why, when it first opened, all was great. Has really gone downhill. It's too bad. Couldn't hardly get a drink at the bar and they weren't busy....

Although I am compassionate about the damage caused by hurricane Ian, it is impossible to overlook the negative experience we had at Duval Street. The drinks were served in flimsy plastic cups; we were "offered" plastic utensils because they were apparently out of regular utensils; most of our food choices were not available so one person in our party actually ordered grilled cheese. Surprisingly, there were exposed wires hanging from the ceiling, which would seem to be a health code issue. I probably dine out 2-3 times per week for the past 20 years and I must say that this was the most disappointing experience I can ever remember.
