I caught up with El Carnal's food truck (technically, a trailer behind a big Ford pickup truck) at Riptide Brewing in Bonita Springs After a first round of frosty beverages, it was time for dinner. El Carnal was scheduled for this particular evening. A little loud with the generator but we were able to successfully place our orders. A few minutes later, I was expecting to go and get it, but the friendly proprietor delivered our meals to the inside counter. I had their chicken burrito which turned out to be a huge stuffed burrito topped with queso. Inside, chicken and beans and rice and lots of flavor. Delicious and definitely the sort of thing I was eating with knife and fork.
