Whoever is doing the hiring at both this location and Santa Barbara, needs to step down. Both these places going DOWN HILL. Last order got from uber eats first of all put the sticker on the front of the bag, the one that is supposed to sticker the bag shut wasnt even close to doing that. No pickle. Specifically have the receipt saying add pickle. Wrong chips. And the extra soda i ordered not there.

Always great subs are one of the best. The Staff is always friendly and helpful. Everything was clean and employees seemed in good spirits. Firehouse subs is one of the best subs around. They support our firefighters. Glad to see we finally have one closer to us. Thanks For another Great Sub!
All the sandwiches are delicious especially the meatball sub! Staff is super nice and took my order happily even though i was there 10 minutes before closing!

I had order a firehouse sub (cold) roast Beef with swiss. When they us it was wrong. They fixed it but why didnt they read our slip. Slip was correct as I ordered.

I tried the pizza pepperoni sandwich—delicious! chili gave it a kick, and the overall experience was top-notch. The service sets it apart from other sandwich joints. Highly recommended!

I ordered a salad with chicken. On the website it was $8.99. I was charged $11.49. When I asked about the discrepancy she said it's probably less expensive to order online which didn't make sense.

The soda machine squirted red dye all over and the manager Jose said he doesn’t manage the machine so it wasn’t his problem. All the food was made incorrect and the manager could have cared less as he screamed at us in front of everyone and handed a bottle of bleach to fix the clothing. Very poor

I'm honestly surprised they haven't opened a FS up here considering how many firefighters work around Cape Coral. Pretty nice place, sure loved how they worked around the small space. I kind of wish the chips were more visible and the counter was kind of out of the way from the tables. But that's pretty much ASL for my gripes.Food was pretty good and hot. Brownie was excellent, though I would prefer it hot and not wrapped. Staff was friendly and patient. Would definitely come back with friends!
