I ordered delivery was told 45 minutes. Called twice. Pizza was delivered 2 hours later. Ice cold. Call to speak to the manager and she refuses to comp the order. Said she would only give a future credit. I requested the delivery driver to come and pick it up she refused. Still only offering a credit. I feel bad for the driver that didn't get a tip due to bad management. We are 2 miles from the store. Bad management will always produce unhappy employees. Never will I order pizza from there.

Walked in stepped up to the cash register and I must have been invisible they ignored me and didn’t even look at me so I called my dad in from the car and he walked up and they simply help him like lady what is wrong with you people, I’m a big dude no way u missed me!

Jets pizza is good IF you get it from the right Jets! This place constantly messes up our orders and when you try to speak to a manager, you get a clueless teen that doesn't know how to deal with customers. I'll drive extra distance to avoid this

So I have had Jets pizza for a long time and when this place first opened up the food was great. The food has been good but last year 2022 and this year 2023, I have had Jets quite a bit and I can tell the food has been getting worse and worse. To be honest, this will be the last time I ever eat at Jets. Today, I would rather eat nasty Dominoes than Jets. The pizza was half burnt, the taste of the pizza was like cardboard and the cinnamon sticks were bad.

We were visiting Cape Coral from Canada after 3 long years ( Covid and then hurricane)We LOVE Jets pizza, especially the BLT pizzaWe order a pizza right before our flight home and brought it across the border to enjoy!! That’s right, Jets pizza is THAT GOOD that it travelled 1000s of miles to make our family happy ?
$79 bucks for a small four slice cauliflower, cheesy bread, small four slice Detroit pizza and small Greek salad with chicken. Majorly overpriced and some of the worst pizza we’ve had. Barely any sauce on the deep dish. The sauce for the cheesy bread tasted burnt. It was on time and hot. That’s all I can say good about it.

The NY Style pizza was terrible. It was overcooked, sauce tasted different and there was no crust. I'm from Michigan so we've eaten Jet's for a long time. I'd swear the sauce that the Hancock Bridge, Cape Coral location uses is not the "Jet's" that most use. I ate one piece only because I was starving and my husband ate one piece. We tossed the rest out. Maybe other locations are better.
