I stopped by here about 20 minutes ago and ordered two subs. I asked for one of them to not have any tomatoes or mayo and they made it right. But on mine they did the same thing and when I asked for cherry peppers they barely put any in them. And to top it off when I asked for a bag for my sandwiches I was told to help myself. Great customer service. I see why this place has a 3.9 rating now. If I lived closer I would bring it back.

The bread was super good. The only issue I had was I only received one slice of turkey. So basically I had a bread sandwich. Very disappointed. I am going back today and going inside to make sure they put actual meat on my turkey sub. Not sure if this was a isolated thing or their

Bread was definitely NOT from the day. Had to repeat my order 3 times to cashier, and the blonde girl is a walking zombie. And $2.99 for a half of scoop of potato salad is ridiculous. They dont fill the container they put it in.
Literally paid EXTRA for more cheese and never got it. So tired of this happening. Like do you guys not read the orders when you get them smdh. You pay for it you should get what you pay for.

I love jimmy johns but this location is not good at all. 90% of the time my order is wrong or messed up. My mom works close by so gets it often for lunch and every single time the order is wrong and when you call to sort it out everyone is rude. It’s like they are mad at you for them messing up the order it’s ridiculous. Once I was told to just stop ordering there by a jimmy johns employee.. that isn’t the way to talk to someone. I know speed is what you guys strive for but I’d rather have a correct order!!

Ignored me forever and made sandwiches wrongOrdered ahead for pickup. No one said anything when I got in. I didn't see my order anywhere, so I sat down and waited for them to finish it. Finally, the 1 good worker noticed my order had been ready the whole time. Got home and realized 2 sandwiches were made wrong, including leaving off bacon and avocado that I paid extra for.

This one star is specific to this location. I order the same thing every time I go to JJs (where I live) and am always happy with the product. This sub was a huge letdown. The amount of meat on the sandwich was about a third of what is usually on there, including the addition of extra meat. The sub is not listed as having tomatoes, but there they were, soggy gross and tainting the bread. They forgot to put on the cheese. It's like they can't do anything right at this location. Save yourself the hassle and go literally anywhere else.
