This was my first time trying KFC and I was disappointed. The food was cold by the time we got home. ( our house is a 20 minute drive ) It also tasted average and not that good. The service was okay but also not. The person working there really just asked what order name and made our order. We also got a couple items missing and the people working there only had gloves and not anything to cover their hair. ( this is a problem because hair can fall in ) there was barley any people so you can take that as a pro or a con. The atmosphere was awkward because we were just standing there watching the person make their food and also the floors seemed dirty and we didn’t want to sit down in case the seats were dirty too. The cost was definitely not worth the taste.Parking: Because there was really no one you could park anywhere in the parking lot.

This is my 3rd attempt to make my first screwed up order right. First time I asked for all dark meat, they gave me a regular bucket . They said I could come back another day and get a free meal to replace it. When I did the manager Chyna, was not very nice at all. When I took it home all the chicken was bloody and not cooked all the way , hunks of fat had not even dissolved in the frying process. Chyna was then nice on the phone told me to come back again and get it replaced . I did today and again I asked for all dark meat and they give me a regular bucket, that is very chewy chicken which is not cooked all the way. When I called and told her, but first telling her I don’t want more free chicken, she stated I never told her all dark meat. That’s when she needs to listen to the customer. I always make sure it’s the first thing I say because I cannot swallow white meat it gets stuck in my throat and I end up throwing up. It’s not a big deal to chyna but it’s torture for me . This woman should not be the manager!!!’
The women who took my order at the drive through was awesome. I usually don’t go to kfc so she was just super quick with telling what things come with, sides, sauces, spicey or no, etc.Very good attitude. And the food was delicious.in and out.

I’m a reg at this KFC on Del Prado and lately the customer service been exceeding my expectations. There’s someone special that works there by the name of China. Her friendly positive energy is like no other. She’s fast and efficient. I don’t get to interact with the workers who’s preparing the food but the teamwork with this current team is definitely on point. Thank you for bringing a smile every time I pass through the drive thru.-salt packet with the corn girl ?

Do not leave reviews very often at a fast food restaurant. But when you pay $16 for two pieces of chicken and one side and add on one more side and the chicken has been cooked, probably twice and the fries were hideous never again never thought I’d ever have awful KFC. Not even the mashed potatoes were good. What happened to the brown gravy? This is white and our coleslaw was phenomenal this one absolutely not never again.
No line at drive thru, asked the lady for just a second ! She’s said second is up what your order. I laughed and said Really? She said yup what’s your order . I said NO THANK YOU ! Also light were off and when we were pulling away they were turned on??? It was at 5 pm !
