Really disappointing. I saw all the reviewer and was excited to place my cousins 40th birthday cake order here. Big mistake. $110 for a six inch cake that tastes like it came from Publix, I should have ordered from Publix as it would have saved me a lot of time and frustration. The cake decoration was okay, nothing spectacular. The bake for my order was wrong and then they forgot the inscription! I have them confirming it would be on there via email. I sent an email asking for an explanation and no response. Very upsetting.

I requested a last minute order for custom cupcakes for a very special occasion while visiting my parents in Cape Coral, and they happily made it happen! Not only were they super responsive and happy to help me with a last minute order, but the cupcakes were DELICIOUS and looked so beautiful! I will definitely be visiting here whenever I’m in town! We used ladycakes for our wedding, we did a small cake with cupcakes for our 100 person wedding. We were able to have multiple flavors and our guests ate every one- didn’t even leave any leftovers for us to take home! Was absolutely delicious and would recommend for anyone!!!
My husband and I used LadyCakes Bakery to make our wedding cake. We walked in one day and were just looking around, when the owner, Bess Charles, came up to us and introduced herself. She showed us around and showed us some of her award-winning cakes and told us she had a consultation opening if we were interested, and we definitely were. We sat down with her and went over everything and she had some different flavors of cake/frosting for us to try. All were delicious, but we ultimately decided on a raspberry cake with a vanilla buttercream frosting. So Delicious!! We were so pleased with how our cake turned out, with both it's design and color scheme. LadyCakes Bakery did an Absolutely Wonderful job! They dropped off the cake at our reception venue a few hours before our reception started. Overall, exceptional experience!! Thank you again Bess for your contribution to our special day! We really loved our cake and will definitely think of LadyCakes if we need a cake in the future!

Omg it was so good! We also got 4 different flavours of cupcakes and we managed to pull one of each so we could taste them all....let me tell you I'm so glad we did because all those cupcakes were immediately gone! Cake was delicious and looked beautiful, Bess was so great to work with, and I didn't get his name, but the man setting up the cake and cupcakes was kind enough to let me squeeze through for this picture. This was a delicious decision!

They immediately emailed me back information, pricing and we discussed custom for the birthday cake. I explained my design thoughts for pickleball motif cake for my wife's 60 th birthday. I paid a deposit online that couldn't be easier, three days out I received email confirmation and pickup time. I was having someone else pickup cake for surprise party so again easily paid final payment online. The cake was beautiful, huge hit with the group and totally delicious. I'm not a cake eater and this cake was awesome. The size, design, customer service, and taste of this cake was top notch in every way. The cake was delicious and the design and color were vibrant, beautiful, and exactly what we wanted. 10x better than the inspiration picture we sent. Visiting LadyCakes Bakery has been long overdue. I heard about the bakery just by scrolling through Facebook a few months ago. I believe in supporting small, local businesses, so it was time to check them out.Their selections were limited. In my opinion, that's a great sign! That tells me that people are enjoying their products. That also tells me that their products are fresh and not just sitting around.I got my hubby a chocolate chip cookie sandwich. He enjoyed it. It was sweet but not overpowering. We got 4 different cupcakes to try. Death by Chocolate, Take 5, Snowball, and Chocolate Oreo (all chocolate based, will try vanilla or fruit based next time). Cupcakes/cakes taste a little different from being room temp to coming out of the fridge. We each tried a little piece from each cupcake at room temp. I'm quite happy with how each one was. We will be trying them out of the fridge later today.If you are looking for custom designed cakes, I'd recommend to check them out. They do have a website as well as a FB page. ❤️
