Food was good and the kid that took my order and made my sandwich was courteous but he forgot to add the bacon no big deal I was still near by when I noticed so I went back and told him, he apologized and when I went to give him my sandwich back to add the bacon his manager came in and told him to give me the bacon in a box. seemed vary disrespectful instead putting it in my sandwich or offering me a new sub, he handed me cold greasy bacon in a box I just wanted the bacon in my sub!!!!!!

Service was bad and rude never been here before went around to the counter and ask this were I order he sad ya what do you want. Ok rude and then I ask for onions on my Philly cheese steak and they forgot to add. I will never be back. Again hire people that care about there customers. The nice part was clean and nice inside.

Just finished Cape Coral farmers market on a Saturday and did a yelp search for a steak subs and Lenny seem to be one of the closer ones. Were able to sit outside as we had our dog with us and I went inside to order. Ordered a 12 inch steak sub with extra fried onions and cheese on half of it. They don't have a fryer, so no french fries and have to settle for chips. I saw them start to prepare and asked them if the roll could be put on the flat top to brown it, and the employee said it didn't turn out well that way. Sub was brought to us quickly and it actually tasted quite nice with the steak being especially tender and flavorful. Wife and I both thought the sub could've been enhanced by browning or toasting the roll, otherwise, a very edible steak sub
The heart Italian sub had no cheese and 90% ham with the only a couple pieces of Italian coconuts it was very disappointing but the first time we were there it was great inconsistent don't know if I want to
