horrible placed my order which tool forever especially since i had to go to bathroom and there restroom was out of order and they had no sign say it was. only came to find out when i asked for key. employees says oh out of order then why no sign o. door. i would not have ordered food and given tip if i knew rest room was out of service.

I walked in. Saw two customers "ln line". Had no idea their circumstances, not my business. Waited... Lady at the counter answered several phone calls. Never acknowledged me. Unsure what was going on politely waited at door, prior to two gentleman waiting.Another man entered and asked if I was waiting in-line. I said yeah. Then two other people entered and proceeded to front. They were received. I think a, "Hey welcome how can I help you" OR "Welcome I'll be with you in a moment" would be appropriate when you enter an establishment wanting to spend money there.Not a big deal to me, I can go elsewhere, and I can document my experience here which was poor. Will not pass by again

Extremely rude employees who lie and say that the restroom is out of order when I asked if my 4-year-old could pee in the toilet... If the restroom is out of order what do the employees do during their whole shift? You ain't got to lie

If you love to eat cardboard they refer to as pizza this is the place for you. I guess some people would eat garbage they know no different I rather starve then eat this

This place needs to work on their online ordering. I order 2 items online. I went to the place and the food wasn't ready even though I had 3 emails saying it was ready. Not a big deal I'll wait a bit longer, they were busy. I waited 30 minutes and I finally went up and told the guy at the counter that I was waiting a bit for my online order and he asked me what the name was and I told him. He told me it got cancel and I could've just asked. I said to him I didn't know it was cancel and I would've asked if I knew. And I walked out with my food. I don't understand how it was cancel when I didn't get a email saying it was cancel or money put back into my account. I also didn't need that attitude.

It’s tough to give them an accurate rating. This was through delivery which is done through door dash. Was offered 25% refund on my total bill. The other pizza was similarly treated but just ate it, until I noticed the second was handled worse.

Bad logistics, I ordered online and when I arrived at the site someone else had taken them. I had to wait 20 mi for them to do it again because they couldn't refund my money.
Ordered food and had it delivered, not everything was there, not the end of the world, so I thought I would say something to get a refund.the delivery driver didn’t know what was going on, called the store they don’t know what’s going on, I asked to speak to the manager, turns out that was the guy I was speaking to… He just gave me a number to call. I called the number and they just said leave a message will get back to you. It’s like the customer service is ran by highschoolers that don’t care very disappointing.

I walked in and no one greeted me.I haven't been to a Little Caesars in several years and I walked in and ordered 2 of the $5 hot and readies.The cashier said okay and told me that the amount was 14.89When I asked why they stated that there are no more $5 pizzas and that they are now 6.99.That would have been nice to know as I was placing my order, and not after the fact.Then, I got the pizzas and they weren't even fresh.I have tried to call several times now and there has been no answer.I will he going in person to speak to the manager soon. I will update this review upon after that conversation

Saw the commercial for the new Calzony. Attempted to call twice.. no answer… so I drove over to see if they were actually open. I walked in I was finally greeted after a couple of minutes. There was one customer in front of me. Thought she had ordered and someone was getting her food… nope… she hadn’t even ordered and I am pretty sure if someone hadn’t seen me standing back she would have still been waiting. Finally they took her order and now it was my turn… the wait was 15-20 minutes. I walked out…The 15-20 minute wait would not have been so bad if they had answered their phone so I could have made the order.
