They gave me an oatmeal that was full of water. Like someone literally took the oatmeal then added hot water to it. Absolutely disgusting I will never come here again ?

The inside of this particular location is OK but the drive thru absolutely SUCKS!!!!! I didn't receive the full order I paid for. All of the McDonald's in the Fort Myers/ Cape Coral area are terrible!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Waited over half an hour to get my food and they claim their system is down. I had to go through the drive thru, then they tell me to go inside.
I have been coming to this McDonald's for 2 years every Friday for coffee before work.Today was a nightmare service first no napkins,straws, salt or ketchup availableAt the pick up window there was a lady taking the whole pick up area. Ordered my food and asked for a cup until food is ready. Employee set the cup and I grabbed and the lady hovering over the pick up window said this is mine. I turned and put back and she rudely said I touched. Employee came in and said I ordered different size I offered to pay the difference and she refused. Also ordered coffee with 6 creamers but the cup was blackWorst service ever from now on will go to different location
