I placed an order online with the app at 2am and when I went to pick it up there was a paper sign saying they're closed for maintenance but yet I could still place an online order. Now I have to wait a week for my money back when they shouldn't even be taking online orders. They never have what's on the menu. Constantly closing without turning off online orders

Waited 30 mins in the drive thru mind you it’s the same lazy rude staff at night shift everytime, I figured out why the food always comes out horrible it’s because the staffs energy is lazy and disgusting behavior. I ordered a 10 piece meal and a cheeseburger meal, and before I pull off I asked if everything was fresh cause I didn’t feel like checking (MAKE SURE YOU CHECK BEFORE YOU PULL OFF DONT CARE ABOUT THE LINE BEHIND YOU) and the old man says “ we’re very busy and short staffed” so I just pulled off, I get home and my medium fry looked like a SMALL it was barely filled like they knew what their intentions were, and I only got 9 nuggets instead of 10 so obviously the staff there doesn’t have their diplomas because they can’t even count. Food was half way cold before I could even get home. WHERE ARE THEY FINDING THESE PEOPLE AND WHY ARE THEY HIRING THEM

I wouldn't rate it 1 star. Lady was rude, at first they acted like they didn't have my order. Lady could hardly understand English, the place is rowdy & to much chaos.I most definitely won't ever be coming back, I will go out of my way to go to another location

I ordered two things and had to wait in the drive up while everyone else got their food to the window and literally employees were bickering with somebody in the middle of the parking lot.

I got in line although the line was wrapped around the building. And at first the line was moving smoothly. Then by the time I was trapped in by the drive thru curbs it had already been over 20 minutes. I've now been sitting in line after paying for over 45 minutes. This is absolutely ridiculous for a fast food restaurant. What the absolute hell.
