If I could give 0 stars I would. I was in the drive through for 10 minutes and had to go inside anyways bc they screwed up my order. We asked for extra onion,cheese and breakfast sauce on our steak egg and cheese bagels. I open the sandwich: the cheese is not melted they didn’t put extra breakfast sauce or onion. I go inside and they “fixed” it as they said. No. Come out to open the sandwich and find that they did absolutely nothing. Meanwhile, while we were in the drive through all you can hear the manager doing is dropping the f bomb every 2 minutes. Go inside and hear the same thing. Definitely unprofessional. Do better. We will not be back. Recommend you don’t go either. Save your money.

Whoever is working drive thru tonight refused to let me purchase a cup of whip cream unless I purchased a frappe or milkshake, I’ve always been able to buy a cup on the side for my dog. We explained that and she still denied us service, first location to ever deny us whip cream ??

Every single morning we come to this location the drive thru employee is horrible. You sit and wait and wait and wait, no hello, no we'll be right with you, just dead silence for over 5 minutes....... I once said something and the employee got an attitude. Horrible!!

Came to this lame excuse for a “fast food Restaurant” to wait over 20 mins to place an order,just to wait another 30 for the food. All I ordered was a McDouble small fry. Very rude workers in the back that were on their phones and socializing instead of helping the line at the front counter. Personally watched 5-6 people walk out that were waiting longer than me. 5-6 people in the back but not one of the workers that walked by the front counter thought to help the front counter. It is like this EVERY SINGLE TIME I come to this location.

The service is terrible, I ordered a Caramel Sundae, they gave it to me completely melted, I go in and they tell me that the machine is wrong and they can't refund the money. The boss got angry saying bad words and gave me back less than what it cost, the place was dirty, it smelled bad. Do not eat in this place. Veronica is a bad person.
Very bad service stop in Saturday morning around 9am Manager arguing with a customer employee yelled at the customer for not stopping at the window l advice anyone stay away from this place

Manager employees are very rude was going thru the drive thru put my order in and as l drove around know one was in the first window so l went to the second window gave the employee my card than another employee comes around yelling you need to make sure you stop at the first window l told her don't yell at me the window was close than the manager comes over and started yelling also l asked for my money back and the manager said no move out her drive thru put my car in park turned it off waiting for my money she called the police on me all l wanted was my money back not spending my money were the manager and the employee's are rude and nasty
