THIS GUY LUIS!!!! He was so nice and so easy going. I go here all the time because i believe moes is a better bang for your buck than chipotle. Its slways good and easy but this time. LUIS!!! Best guy ive ever had treat me at any restaurant. LUIS is the man. Love moes.

The workers meaning (ALL) workers here are great people, and as far as the restaurant goes place has came along way.. food is sooo good it’s hot, fresh..also the crew is very fast paced and get your food to you in a timely matter! Went to Moe’s yesterday because I was craving the nostalgic “Moe’s Monday” and hadn’t been in a while. Was displeased to find out it is an in app only perk now but I still got food. While I was attempting to get my salsa from the salsa bar I noticed there was some deep cleaning happening (mind you it was 7pm so roughly dinner time). It definitely turned me off from my food to see employees hovering over the salsa with cleaning products everywhere, the smell of the cleaning products and dirty dishes all over. Not pictured, employee standing on the counter to clean the walls near the soda machine. It was not the right time to be doing this and does deter me from coming back to this location..or any moes at this point.

When I walked into the restaurant last night, I looked around and I saw that the place was filthy regarding the tables and the seats. One of the seats looks like it was cracked to Hell and back. My burrito that I had ordered had less filling than I have found out any other Moe's locations. Then I saw that they charged me the full amount, despite me having a discount for Wednesday nights. Is it safe to say that I will never come back to this location again.

I was disappointed when I went it. I just moved back to the area and remembered Moe's being an energetic place full of classic Rock music and paraphernalia. Everyone in the place greeting every customer with a loud but friendly 'Welcome to Moe's!'We walked in, the place was absolutely empty. The pictures of old rock heros gone from the walls and there was no greeting. Only 2 team members behind the counter. We ordered our food, which was fine. The salsa bar seemed lacking in any real variety and there was a container of old cut lemons in with the salsa selection.The food was good, but the whole experience was just disappointing. It was not what I remembered.

Once again another business that seems like they just gave up. Not sure if there’s been a change in management but as of 2-15-24 this restaurant has gone downhill all the way from customer service to food quality. Bathroom had fecal matter and urination all over the place after an employee walked out. Trash cans are over filling and the dining room is filthy. To make matters worse the two young guys on staff were just chatting away in the kitchen sitting on the counter. After today moes has lost my business. 2-15-24 3:10pm

I ordered a kids meal with Uber eats and when I received the order aluminum wrapper had saw all over it. The soda had no ice and the chips came with no salsa. I called the store opt 2 no one answered. That’s without counting that the burrito is super spicy no child is able to eat that and the chips are hard.
We were pleased with the pleasant staff along with the fresh and filling salads we had.

Went for lunch at 12:50PM on a Friday and the door was locked right in front of me. They asked if I was Door Dash and then the employee proceeded to lock the door. All I was told was we are closed, nothing further. Won’t be back. Management needs a wake up call in customer service.

I’m honestly surprised Moe’s corporate or just the health department hasn’t shut this store down. I love Moe’s. Even worked at one in high school/collage for several years and still loved the food. This location is trash though. Never anyone there so they only need one person to manage the whole line…also means the food doesn’t turn over that fast. Adding to this, nobody speaks English which is fine, but they should at least know the menus names and what they come with. The only thing that tastes the same is the prepackaged queso and salsa. Sadly the chips are always either under or over and they got rid of the chip warmer so might as well just get the queso without the chips and get a bag of tortilla chips from Publix next door.
