I found myself in the heart of Cape Coral tending to an unexpected auto repair while on vacation when dem "hangries" hit me. When I saw the familiar Nathan's logo I felt relieved. Now, this modern suburban Florida Nathan's bears absolutely no resemblance to the Coney Island flagship, but that's ok...I actually liked it better. The building appeared fairly new, and it was spacious and clean...no Covid fears here. The kindly older woman taking orders at the counter was friendly and kind of a hoot. Having already done their hot dogs in NYC, we opted for cheesesteak heroes. They were REALLY good, with a generous amount of gooey American cheese and perfectly done carmelized onions. Also, the bacon/cheese fries were awesome, an adjective I usually don't assign to french fries. To wash this goodness down, we had the sinfully rich Ghirardelli chocolate shakes....again, awesomely good! I was pleasantly surprised by my Nathan's experience!

Well it's not Coney Island... but the food is good. Your missing the ambiance of the boardwalk and the sea in Coney. But the food is good and it's worth a stop in SWFL. If your a Nathan's Famous Fan. The fries and hot dogs are perfect. I stop in any chance I get .

Stopped on the way home from the beach. The food is good, but they were out most of the stuff I wanted. Still, Nathan's hot dogs are the only ones I like, and the husband loves the Arthur Treacher's Fish and Chips. Our dogs were happy to share.

Friendly employees, our order was taken quick and within just minutes what we had ordered was ready for us. Food was very good, the restaurant itself was extremely clean.

The staff doesn't much care about there job the chicken tastes as if the oil is old and they have fried more fish than anything else even the bacon crumbles on my cheese fries was burnt . Will give jt one more try for a hotdog but this one was sad af .

First time eating at this location and I'm only giving a 2nd star because the lady at the window was really sweet but the manager is extremely rude. She attempted to rush me through my order because their website and drive thru menu didn't match what they really had. So it took us a few minutes to figure out what we wanted and she was frustrated. If you can't deal with customers, especially ones being polite, then you shouldn't work in customer service!!

For the price of food and with a daily special of throwback Thursday prices were ridiculous now I can understand why this place isn’t packed … 4 hotdogs and I hope that was a child size fry and a drink 13 bucks I’ll go to grocery store next time

The food was okay but it was a little expensive for fast food. Hot dogs $3.99 each and some burgers we're $7 to $8.50.
Got the special, if not it would have been a bit overpriced

What can I say, it’s from New York and it is exactly the same as in New York. A must try. According to the buzz around town, many people are happy that there is a Nathan’s Famous in Cape Coral, and a flagship one at that.

Good chili dogs. I was actually impressed.

So I decided to go to Nathan's and be adventurous because I was starving and the fish sandwich sounded good and looked good. Even though it's not the worst I've had compared to other places it was decent just not something I would order again. I'll stick to the hotdogs next time.
