we went there today , first time under the new management. What a disappointment. Not what it was a few weeks ago under the former staff. From the greeting ,( the Lady looked very sad) to the food . it was much better quality as Frank was still there. Our waitress was very friendly, but we miss the former staff. The food was not worse what we payed for . We will look for another restaurant to make it our favorite place. If they continue like this we will give them a few more weeks or maybe months till this place will be closed.

The entire staff walked out on the new owners. Let that sink in... every single mom waiting tables, every struggling busboy, every hostess, every cook... due to the sleazy antics of the new owners. Please Do NOT support this "New" PanOlio if you are a local. If you are reading this, try J&P's Asian Fusion, Ceno Grill, or Lobster Lady... they are ALL in this same strip mall. Life's too short and GOOD food too nearby to support trash ownership. Just my opinion.

We actually found this place by accident. We planned on going to Lobster Lady but they were closed. Lucky for us! The food was amazing and the atmosphere was too. Highly recommend!

We went to dine at a different restaurant in the same shopping center and our table of 8 (+highchair) was turned away at 4:45pm on a Monday because we didn't have a reservation. Ok fine -- it's "busy season" down here. We walked down on a whim and were greeted nicely and seated immediately. Let me just say WOW we were soooo pleasantly surprised. Alice was our waitress and she was so great and on top of things. She was hustling since she could tell our kids were getting antsy. Drinks were kept filled, plates were cleared, and requests were fulfilled. We started with the appetizer sampler, which was great. The kids got mac & cheese and chicken fingers, both were great -- the mac & cheese was awesome. Mushroom cheddar burger was good, very big. Grouper entree was great, we asked for extra remoulade and it was perfect. Grouper sandwich also great. 2 chicken Milanese entrees which were amazing. Pork schnitzel was also great but the mashed potatoes stole the show. The side Caesar salads were so good, definitely a nice homemade dressing. Overall we couldn't have been happier to stumble into this gem. We're down from NYC visiting my parents (so yes, we're foodies) and this will 100% be added to our go-to's down here!!

NEVER SAW WAITRESS FIR A HALF HOUR!!!! Had to ask another waitress to find her. She took our order..... an HOUR later we received our order!! Now for the order..... out it comes???? What is it??? Not what I ordered, we motioned to whom I believe to be manager and asked him about my order. His reply: " I'll check with kitchen", he returns stating they are out of spinach and ham, hummmm?? Then walked away!!! Later he apologized with a desert for as he stated POOR service!!! We are locals.... When your snowbirds and vacationers leave so will we, never to return to Panoili again!! By the way NO CREDIT FIR MY ORDER!!

Loud and clear! Our group says, “ The BEST CALAMARI & spicy, sweet sauce ANYWHERE!!” We feel we’ve found a little jewel here in C. C. Great selection, the food is brought out w warnings of, “Be careful, hot plates!” Can you believe it? True at PanOlio! Staff is super!! We all went home stuffed and sooooo happy!
