The employees are very kind and friendly, good service.
Locally, Papa John’s are consistently delivering lower quality for higher prices. I’m not certain if it’s the out the door technology being used or delivery driver error, but they don’t seem to have a clue about how to stack deliveries in Cape Coral. Despite my repeated attempts at making this particular Papa John’s aware of these issues, they seem content on their current approach. This business isn’t worth your time and money!

Do not eat in this restaurant, there are dead rats, they do not use gloves, the refrigerator has mushrooms, the dough is not fresh, they have cockroaches and flukes in the pizza ingredients, also grab the wings without gloves.

The worst excuse for pizza!!Crust was hard, dried out. 2" crust all around the pizza with no sauce. 8 pieces of pepperoni on a large pizza.Very little cheese.Called them when I got home. A refund was promptly offered, and I accepted.A replacement pizza was also offered, I declined.No thank you, no more papa johns for me...ever! Not even a free one!

Tried to order a pizza through the phone and couldn't understand a single word the lady was saying. I thought all the DMT collected in my spinal chord somehow decided to make its way into my brain and give me a massive stroke because not a single word nor syllable made any kind of sense. I'm now concerned for the worker there who picked up the call because she's either having a massive stroke as well or might just be a single cell millennial like myself. Pizza was str8.

Pizza was terrible. They said 17.00 on phone we left paying 30.00 guess they needed a tip.

We order pizza to eat with family which was veggie pizza clean but since we are Muslim they add things that we didn’t order as meat on our pizza and my wife was super hangry took two slice while we am we were driving back home by the time arriving home open up the boxes I realize that there are pepperoni in the pizzaThey don’t respect what religion you are don’t waste your time with this location

I would like share my experience with this location ,I did order vegie pizza clean cut since we are Muslim,it seems that they add papperoni which is allowed to be eat by us and on the way home since my wife was hungry she ate already two slice without seeing what they add.I realize when I arrive home to eat my pizza that there are papperoni in this pizza .i called in manager just excuse what happened nothing else it's seems they don't respect peoples religion .i wish could give less than a start ..Be careful with them specially if you are kind of not allowed to eat everthing based on religion or Belive in ,since they don't care and unrespect ..
