Food arrived with order messed up. Check did not match the menu. Overcharged for build your own breakfast. On top of all that a patron brought his pet dog in the restaurant. Not a service dog.

I went in to purchase a dessert for someone. After the young lady at the register finished with a guest, she walked away without acknowledging me, didn't say a word to me. A manager came out and asked me what did I order. I said I was there to place an order. The young said oh usually people are picking up. I placed the order and it seemed like she was having a challenging time entering what I wanted. Then it took some extra time for her to bring the already made and cut dessert. It was such a weird experience.

Food is great... however, I ordered the fish with Cajun seasoning and it came without any seasoning. The rice is some of the best I've ever had! Hubby had turkey with dressing and green beans that was excellent.

IF I COULD GIVE NO STARTS I ABSOLUTELY WOULD! most of the waitstaff is completely incopatant, our waitress asked every table around us if she had taken there order 20-30 minutes after doing so! Every table she served got things they didn't order or the meal she was trying to give them wasn't what they ordered! I watched her leave half a tray off food sitting on a table for ten minutes before coming back and finally giving the table the rest of their food. Then served them a whole avocado in the peal!!!! After an hour of waiting we finaly got our food it was incorrect everything but the eggs was burnt.... the eggs were raw! We over heard the manager talking to the tabel behind us after there food was inedible and told them "do you want me to just go see what's in the widow and just give you whatever is up there". This is not the first time we have had this experience! The only redeemable thing about this restaurant is a waitress named Kayla who scraped our bill completely and apologized professionally, she brought us a few pieces of pie to make up for the experience, so I thank her for her efforts!

I went here with my daughter for breakfast on Wednesday morning and I was very impressed with the restaurant. The food was delicious, I got the brioche French toast platter and my daughter got the California avocado bene. Both of us were very pleased with our meals and our server, Terry, was amazing!!!! Even the Manager, Nathan, made his way to our table to chat and make sure we were happy! Very impressed by the way things are run here! Glad to see happy smiling employees along side a very friendly Manager. Great way to start our day! Keep up the good work Nathan, we will be back very soon!!

I had an Uber situation in which I did not receive $57 worth of food however, and speaking to store manager Nathan he was very apologetic even though I know it was Uber. He mentioned the same thing happened earlier that day, almost the same problem I had experienced. I'd like to think Nathan and Ginny for having the BEST customer service that is an establishment can have. Many kudos for this store ‼️ it's nice that a restaurant can go over and above100%. Thank you Team Perkins ‼️

Tempo Rogue

This place has great food and a nice calm atmosphere. The only downside is the wait time. Regardless of whether they are busy or not expect a long wait to get a table.I just left after almost an hour of waiting and as I went outside I saw a couple leaving (they were ahead of us and got seated) they literally got up and left from their table.Good place just understaffed.
