We have been here several times. It is in a great location, the staff is friendly and the service is. We like the atmosphere. We just keep hoping that the food would get better. Sometimes it's great other times, no so much. Very inconsistent. On one visit we had to send the ahi tuna back. A few times the fries were way over cooked and soggy. I had the fish and chips and the fish was bad, brought it home for my dogs. We do like the crab dip a lot, that is consistently good.

This post is for the Pinchers in Cape Coral Florida. My fiance was told about Pinchers in the Cape, so we went there Friday April the 12th. As entering the restaurant, we were greeted by a young high school student who knew my fiance from the high school he attends. He was very nice and friendly and he talk to us as he took us to our table. He set us down with a menu and told us someone will be with us shortly. We sat there and talked for over 35 minutes before we realize no one ever showed up or asked did we want anything to drink nor has anyone helped us. We decided to sit for 10 more minutes before we decided to leave. As we were leaving, a young lady who saw us when we first came in ask was everything Okay. We said No and we explained everything that happened and she apologized because she saw us when we first came in. She went to get the supervisor and explained to her what happened. TheThe supervisor did apologize to us several times then offered us a coupon to use whenever we wanted to at any location. We thanked her for apologizing but the way things happen it should not have. The thing is before we went into the restaurant, I had told my fiance that I had a bad vibe and it did not feel right. Pinchers in Cape Coral, we will never visit your restaurant again!! Everything about the restaurant was not right. But I will like to Thank the young lady and Supervisor for your apology.

Always love coming here when visiting Florida! Great menu great portions. Kids eat free too so bring the whole family! Don't forget to get the crab dip. ?Parking: They have a large parking ramp that is close by and shared with the Westin, there is a drop off area right up front for those that don't want to walk very far.Kid-friendliness: Kids eat free! Let me be clear - the location is beautiful and the food was delicious. However, be wary of your valuables. We are a family of 5 and were vacationing for the first time with our baby, so things can be a little hectic as we move about. My wife's Apple Watch let her know when we got to the car that her phone was missing, so we turned around to check our table at the restaurant. Our server, Brett, was cagey when asked about the phone, and told my 15-year-old son that if he had found a phone, "it would already be on eBay." I asked for help from a different server and the host stand, but was told 2 times that it was "likely stolen." I called over the manager and got some assistance, but we were essentially told to report it stolen because our table had been bussed already. We were asked to "provide a description of the phone" because the Droid users at the restaurant, "were not familiar with iPhones."Luckily, my wife was able to walk around the entire restaurant with her Watch until the phone finally pinged near the back of the restaurant. The phone "magically" appeared from the back after we threatened to search back there and go through the trash. The phone was clearly pinched (mandatory Dad joke) and our persistence paid off.I have been to many Pinchers all over Florida and love to get some fresh seafood on vacation every time, but this location has some bad apples to watch out for. Travelers beware.
We had a superb dinner, drinks, with great friends. Everyone should try Pinchers, fantastic!! Evy is a great manager at Cape Coral. It’s wonderful seeing management helping all the other workers with clearing tables etc. Hats off to the team at Pinchers!!

Went on a Saturday evening. Great location with abundant indoor and outdoor seating. Had a waitress named Mel who did great going through what they had to offer and specials. I had the crab legs they were very well done. Sides were on the smaller end for size only reason I complain is because the mashed potato’s were excellent and I could have definitely eaten more. My wife had the fish and chips which was cooked very well. We tried the sangria for our drinks, they were a little on the watery side. All in all this was an excellent meal. Will return our next vacation.
